La abitacion muy moderna y cómoda
Location was perfect for Moscone Center. Could not have been more convenient. But also for public transport and for exploring the city on foot, the hotel was well-located.
The beds were comfortable, the rooftop bar was great for a drink.
The room was not properly clean on arrival. There were false eyelashes stuck to the vanity table and make-up glitter on the vanity table and the floors. The glitter seemed impossible to remove.
The bathroom cabinet was damaged and doors were bit wobbly. The sheets were luxurious but barely fit the bed, so they came loose quite easily during the night.
Some of the lights didn't work properly and one of the labelled switches operated two lights rather than the labelled light.
Excellent staff and very hospitality
We loved the location, the layout of the room and the details felt really thought out. Great coffee, loved the water jug and fancy cups in the room to make a cocktail. Was really a great time, will stay again.
Nice property very clean. Enjoyed the roof top bar
The valet service was a joke. Nowhere to pull up to access valet because there were cars parked. Circled the block multiple times and finally called, was told to wait ten minutes for them to move some cars and there was still nowhere to park. Used the parking garage in mission.
Beautiful property and great rooms/style
Close to a ‘bad area’ of sf but we stayed on the side of our hotel and had no issues at all !

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely impressed with the level of service and care provided by the staff. I had a small issue with my room and called the front desk to ask about possible solutions. They immediately offered several options, but I ultimately told them it wasn’t a big deal.
A few hours later, I received a call from Dawn, who had been made aware of the issue. She went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. That extra level of attention really stood out to me. It was refreshing to experience a staff that genuinely cares about its guests and is willing to take those extra steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
My corner room was really nice, and I also loved the ambiance of the rooftop bar. The food was pretty good as well. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, but the phenomenal staff and exceptional customer service are what truly made my stay memorable. Thank you, Dawn and team!
Great location! My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in August and had a great experience. Vivian at the front desk was warm, friendly, and very accommodating. We arrived a little early, and she was able to get us checked into a room ahead of time, which we really appreciated.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the two of us. We also really enjoyed Shelby’s, the rooftop restaurant, which had great views of the city. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back!
Stayed here for Outside Lands. Great stay from start to finish. Vivian was always so warm and welcoming in the mornings.
The hotel is a 30 min walk or a 10 min uber to the Bill Graham Auditorium for the shuttle stop. Definitely would stay here again.
