Hotel con increibles vistas al mar y decoración muy bonita
Pros:

La ubicación maravillosa con unas vistas increíbles. La decoración de la habitación doble superior super bonita y con mucho gusto. El personal muy amable y atento.

Cons:

Se oye el ruido de la maquina de limpieza de la playa a primera hora lo cual nos despertó los dos días pero es algo externo al hotel aunque un mejor aislamiento reduciría el ruido.

Pros:

Emplacement superbe au bout de la presqu'île de Sta Christina. Personnel d'accueil très gentil et qui est à l'ecoute. Chambre très confortable moderne et bien équipée. Il manquait toutefois une chaise pour le bureau.
Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.

Cons:

Parking extérieur dans une cour privée payant.
A toutefois le mérite d'exister car toutes les places de parking alentour sont saturées le week-end et payantes.

Muchas deficiencias en la limpieza y el servicio para un hotel que se vende como moderno

La ubicación.

Cons:

Me guié por las fotos del hotel porque parecía bastante moderno, pero la realidad es que se siente un poco anticuado en varios aspectos. Desafortunadamente, mi experiencia dejó mucho que desear por los siguientes motivos:
- Problemas de ventilación: La ventana de la habitación no se podía abrir por completo, solo de manera parcial, lo que dificultaba mucho que se renovara el aire.
- Falta de higiene y mantenimiento: Nada más llegar, nos encontramos con que las sábanas y las almohadas tenían pelos.
- Servicio de limpieza deficiente: La primera noche, el servicio de habitaciones se limitó a estirar las sábanas y ahuecar un poco las almohadas (sin cambiarlas). Para colmo, la segunda noche ni siquiera se molestaron en colocar las almohadas en la cama, dejándolas de cualquier manera.
- Atención al cliente irregular: Aunque es justo decir que había personal muy amable, la experiencia se vio empañada por una de las trabajadoras, que fue bastante seca y borde con nosotros.
En resumen, la gestión de la limpieza y la atención al detalle no están a la altura. No lo recomendaría ni volvería a hospedarme aquí
