Brekfast was good, but not enough kids meal. But Brekfast start at 8am so sometimes we have trip and not able to eat breakfast because trip start earlier. I like location near to metro station and park bisade hotel where u can enjoy evening and also restourant near by
The water in the shower was unavailable for almost 2.5 days. During that time, I couldn't take a shower or even properly wash my face, which was very inconvenient.
My room was on the top floor, and because of the sloped roof, the ceiling was quite low. Several times I hit my head when getting up from the bed.
The shower and toilet were combined in a very small space. Every time I took a shower, water spread all over the bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard. I had to clean up the water myself after each shower to avoid falling.
There is no kettle in room. And not water in room what is strange for hotel maybe i should drink from tub
An absolute gem in Tbilisi! The location is simply sensational – super central, just a quick walk to the hip Fabrika or across the bridge into the true city center. Even the Old Town is easily reachable on foot. Despite being so central, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat with its hidden garden.
The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the facilities are top-notch. Out of all the places we stayed during our 10 days in Georgia, this was by far the best.
The location is very good. There was a park nearby which is good with families, lots of Arabic and Turkish restaurants nearby. We extended our stay and they let us stay in the same room to avoid the hassle of movement out. Which we appreciate.
Not didn’t like but more on would be better if they provide kettle, cups and tissue box. Hanger for hand towel in the washroom would be great as well. Would love to have more variety of breakfast as well.
Location is nice, the building is renewed, clean rooms.
1- the hotel’s front yard (main entrance) is very noisy ( dogs barking and people drinking and being loud at night) and you can hear it clearly in your room.
2- there is no internet on 2nd floor ( it won’t work inside your room). I asked 2 different front desk employees to solve it, they didn’t care. They didn’t even offer a recompense or a discount. When you book a room with internet, you pay for the service and expect it to work.
3- The staff are unfriendly and rude. 2 employees in the early twenties without any customer service experience.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr gute Betten. Zentrale Lage und trotzdem ruhig.

De locatie is super fijn, dichtbij Fabrika maar toch rustig. Ook gordijnen die alles goed donker maken en aangename 24 uur receptie. Bed was goed.
Ze zouden bordjes mogen voorzien om aan de deur te hangen wanneer je slaapt en wanneer nood aan housekeeping. Wij sliepen vaak smorgens nog en hebben daardoor geen enkele keer housekeeping gehad. Zou ook fijn zijn moesten er nachtkastjes worden voorzien.
Spacious and clean. Good location and 24h front desk was good because we checked in after midnight.
Because of the central heating system it was quite hot in the room but it’s fine really. Plus I wish there was some water in the room

Комната очень маленькая, кровать занимает почти всё пространство, пройти мимо неё невозможно. На полу остались волосы предыдущих жильцов. В ванной комнате краны раковины расшатаны, а из слива тянет канализацией. Душ расположен прямо на полу в центре ванной, что для меня существенный минус.
Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer gemütlich, gut ausgestattet, mit kleinem Kühlschrank und das Badezimmer war groß und schön. Preis-Leistung super und die Lage optimal, nicht super zentral aber in der Nähe von den wichtigsten Lokations.
Frühstück war ohne Kaffee...man sollte extra dazu zahlen.

Очень приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Помогали во всех возникающих вопросах при проживании.
Нормальный завтрак.
Стеклянный санузел не устроил. Чтобы плотно закрыть стеклянную дверь на магните, нужно было достаточно сильно ее пристукнуть. Ночью это очень громко !!
