小樽観光の良き拠点！
Pros:

想像以上に広く、2人だと持て余しました。
人数が多ければ多いほどお得であれば、次は大人数で来たいです。
お風呂も清潔で綺麗でした。
駅から近いのも良い。

Cons:

トーストの中が汚かった。お皿の上に前の人のパン屑がたくさん残っていた。
部屋に使い捨てスリッパを置いて欲しい。

非日常を味わえて満足！
Pros:

部屋が広く清潔。窓が広く開放的。洗濯機と乾燥機があるのがよかった。

Cons:

夏場の宿泊。羽毛布団は暑かった。タオルケットがあるとよかった。
入口に階段あり。エレベーターを付けるほどの高さではないが、足が不自由な方は使いにくいだろう。

整體而言算是舒適值得推薦的住宿。
Pros:

空間非常寬敞，設施也都正常。孩子們很喜歡和式房鋪床睡。

Cons:

窗戶都不能打開，我本身比較不習慣。 另外窗簾不夠遮光，北海道夏天四點多就天亮，容易早醒。

Pros:

位置良好，離車站很近，附近還有兩家lawson和超市、Donki、大創，地面與桌面很乾淨

Cons:

冷氣吹出來有怪味道，吹出來的灰塵一大堆，前幾天一直打噴嚏，後來關掉冷氣後鼻子才正常，有附空氣濾清器但是吹出來也有怪味，民宿管理公司應該好好處理空調的問題，不然其他地方真的打掃得很乾淨，還好今年北海道夏天20幾度而已，可關掉冷氣後開民宿的換氣系統；附的平底煎鍋整個都被燒爛了，然後附近的大創和超市又沒賣IH的平底鍋，搞得我去札幌時才在無印良品買了IH平底煎鍋回民宿煎白老牛(註:民宿旁的長崎屋超市賣的白老牛便宜又好吃)

實惠又舒適的寶藏住宿
Pros:

住宿地點離小樽JR站很近,慢慢走約6分鐘就抵達住宿點,正門口是大馬路,隔壁就有付費停車場,從住宿走路3分鐘有超市,超市同棟有唐吉訶德,地點非常方便,散步到最精華的小樽運河段,走的非常慢,也只要15分
客廳的沙發非常乾淨好躺,餐桌很大,和室區也很大,馬桶間有二個,對於人多非常方便
西式床鋪很好睡,老人家很稱讚,客廳及衛浴的設施很多細節看的出來管理者很用心
價格實惠,真的是寶藏住宿,一家老小住的非常開心!!

Room is huge but 10am check out is no good. Self check in a bit troublesome. Will not stay again!
Pros:

The apartment is huge which is good for big group guests and it is reasonably price.

Cons:

- While the staff was helpful but too rigid. I requested for a checkout at 11a.m and willing to pay the extra one hour fee but was rejected! Really disappointed!

- the bathtub stop gap was spoilt not able for use.

- You have to do you own Self check in and upload the passport, no one on site able to assist as it is a residential apartment to me. Remember this is ABnB style. I didn't know about it until I made the booking and went to the venue.

キレイで広くて、すべて？ニトリの家具で安っぽくなくて、設備もよくて、外観以上によかった

タオル、バスタオル、歯ブラシ、ひげそり（使わないけど）が2セットしかなかった。持って行ってたので大丈夫でしたが、他がよかったから目立ったかも。

Pros:

駅まで歩いて行けるので、朝市行くのにも楽です。
あと部屋が広い。階上、階下の音は何も聞こえず。

Cons:

幹線道路沿いなので、夜中に大型車など走るとうるさいです。
入り口の鍵を開ける時、機械の蓋が開いていると、一度閉じてから、開け直して暗証番号を打たないとダメなようです。前の人が、カバーを閉めてくれてなかったので、最初、番号打っても開錠しなかった。
