Hotel Amoek

El día que llevamos no había agua, y duró todo el día así, hasta el otro día en la mañana y reserve una habitación con 2 camas en donde la foto se ve que tuviera ventana pero la habitación que me tocó solo tenía una ventana sellada que no se podía ver nada hacia fuera, solo entraba un poco de luz porque era sellada, al parecer las que tienen ventana con vista exterior son solo 2 que ya estaban ocupadas. Pero de resto hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera cómoda.

We came back to the hotel to find that there was no water from 4pm the day before checkout to the morning of checkout. After we informed the front desk that there was no water, they kept telling us that the water would come back and the water never came back. I understand that the water can sometimes go out, but seeing the front desk do nothing about the issue and scroll on social media on their phones was the tipping point. I was requested a bucket of water to shower and the bucket came but only after asking for it FOUR times. It got to a point where I had to cross the street to another hotel and ask for a bucket so that I could fill it up myself at the side of the building. There is no reason that paying guests should be crossing the street and filling up a bucket of water and bringing it back just to be able to shower. The unresponsiveness of the water issue got so bad that we decided to pack our bags a book a night at another hotel nearby. On top of that, the room that we were placed in had zero windows and the walls were paper thin so we could hear all of the noise outside our room at night and in the morning. I will be requesting a refund for what happened to us during this stay. Extremely unprofessional from the staff and I suggest anyone that is looking to stay at this hotel to consider another hotel, even if it means paying more money. Also, the hotel gives you two towels, and if you need an extra towel, they charge you for it. I am not one to complain EVER about hotels, as I am quite the minimalist, but what I experienced at Hotel Amoek was simply blatant disrespect towards us and all the guests about the water situation. Again, do not stay at this hotel and consider paying extra for another hotel in the area.

No había agua en dos días, solicité el reembolso y me reubicaron en otro hotel, el hotel donde me reubicaron era feo, nada cómodo, ni valía lo mismo que había pagado, la peor experiencia

Desde que llegamos hasta hacer el check out nunca hubo agua , escribimos al interno del whatsapp de ellos y nunca dieron ni una disculpa y el señor de la noche dijo que no había agua y se iba a restablecer en el día y tampoco hubo agua ni para vaciar el baño. Un desastre algo tan sencillo como el agua , ni ducharnos pudimos

Dicen que tienen Movistar play y no era así; el aire acondicionado botaba agua; la habitación no tenía ni una ventana y estaba al lado de una construcción. Salían cucarachas pequeñas a veces por el baño; y llamaban intensamente para entregar la habitación cuando íbamos 10 minutos tarde. Y para desayunar hay 3 mesas y que toca pagar adicional.

Limpieza insuficiente y requiere fumigación

Lo sabíamos de antemano pero el hecho de tener la habitación sin ventanas hacía que se acumulara un olor raro tal vez del baño, el servicio de desayuno fue sin más, lo pedimos con antelación pues teníamos que salir al aeropuerto y aún así no estaba preparado y tampoco tenían lo que habíamos pedido. Hubo un momento en que la presión del agua bajó mucho y apenas salía un chorrito de agua en lavamanos y ducha.

Puerta principal dañana x detrás y en deterioro , junto con su cerradura suelta y sin poder asegurar x dentro y genera inseguridad personal, y si en verdad funciona , las paredes del baño tienen pendientes esteticos x sin pintar. La atención muy maluca ... no tome fotos pero creería q deben saber lo q tienen pendientes x arreglar y mejorar ... gracias
