Es buena pero si espera que fuera mejor
Pros:

La ubicacion del hotel es excelente, super cerca a restaurantes y lugares para compras, el servicio de los chicos que trabajan en el hotel tambien muy bueno. El desayuno delicioso un poquito demorado pero estuvo rico.

Cons:

No me gusto la habitación, tenia un olor muy fuerte a humedad y tambien la limpieza no lleno mis expectativas habia polvo y se notaba que no le habian hecho buena limpieza, adicional cayo una gotera del techo, por lo que si pude percibir que habia humedad, y tambien el aire no se ponia muy frio. Depronto otras habitaciones no tengan este problema, sin embargo a mi me toco una.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho la atención y transperencia del personal. La verdad me senti muy comodo durante mi estadia. Mi esposa y yo nos fuimos muy contentos de alla. incluso tuvimos la oportunidad de reservar el tour 5 islas con ellos y cumplio nuestras expectativas el tour. La pasamos super bien. De hecho si llegamos a volver a cartagena, volveriamos a ese hotel.

Genial ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, la gente amable y la habitación es espaciosa, el colchón es cómodo y el baño esta bien.

Cons:

Había algunas hormigas en el lado de la ventana que vienen de la construcción del lado.

Pros:

Good location near the beach and some great restaurants and cafes. Staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

Some construction work going on above my room which would have been good know when checking in, no where to chill in hotel apart from your room e.g. a lounge/bar/rooftop. Room/hotel in general is dated.
