Disappointing service, uncomfortable stay
Pros:

Proximity to medanta, 2.2km only

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. On arrival at around 11 PM, I had to change rooms three times because of various issues, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable after a long journey.
The hotel linen was dirty and the bedsheets were torn. There was virtually no service—everything was self-help. The commode flush was not working, the toilet faucet was broken, and the exhaust fan was out of order. The TV unit was dismantled and unusable.
Despite the booking clearly showing breakfast included, the staff refused to provide breakfast, stating that they had not received the breakfast payment from Booking.com. The staff were also not courteous or helpful in resolving the issues.
Overall, the stay was highly disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Not recommended.

Worst booking stay experience ever

Cons:

Nothing about this property is good.. neither the hotel staff are helpful, nor they have any basic facilities like food or even basic medical aid if someone need it urgently. Neither the hosts are willing to co-operate regarding the same. All they answer is - they don't know anything.

The AC is leaking, water flowing out of AC.

The hygiene is worst i have ever experienced in my travelling experiences. My friend got infection due to the non cleanliness of washrooms.

Please don't choose this property ever. If possible block this property from bookings

Pros:

The hotel was clean and beautiful. Wi-Fi, TV was working properly, property is in my budget, The food offerings at breakfast were lovely too. My stay in total was a very enjoyable one. We got a lot of help from the staff was very kind an d helpful. We would stay here again without any doubt.
