The lobby

Cons:

The AC was not working and had to get someone to come fix it. The beds were not comfortable and caved in the middle. The bathroom and tub area had pubic hairs.

In serious need of upgrading

Location is great if wish to be in heart of Times Square. Couldn’t hear any outside noise.

Cons:

We had a standard room booked. On exiting the lift, i could see that it was extremely dated and decor from the 1970s. On entering the room the beds looked clean but everything else was dirty and worn out. The bath was filthy and shower curtain soiled. There were patches of frayed carpet in the room. Not at all value for money.

Disappointment especially in the Times Square area.

The tub was wobbled, almost lose my balance while taking a shower. The soap dispenser was just on the floor and seems it fell from the wall.
The AC stopped working middle of the night and turned out the controller was broken.
It seems the room was not properly prepared before leasing it out.

Very disappointed. The hotel is extremely outdated, and the room was in terrible confines. The bathroom was the worst, with mold in the shower and cracked tiles throughout. And to make everything worse, the AC wasn't working when we arrived and it was over 32°C (90°F) outside.
I wish i took photos, but we were so annoyed in the moment, that we just left and came back just to sleep for a couple hours.
We were also promised a refund of the resort fee due to the issues we experienced, but it was never processed. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and have received no response. I was also never provided with an emailed invoice despite requesting one twice.
Overall, the customer service was just as disappointing as the accommodations. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone else.

La atención al cliente fue deficiente desde el primer momento. El personal no habla español, lo que dificulta significativamente la comunicación para los visitantes hispanohablantes. Además, el hotel no cuenta con restaurante ni ofrece opciones adecuadas de alimentación para sus huéspedes.

En términos generales, la relación entre el precio pagado y la calidad recibida es muy desfavorable. La falta de mantenimiento, el escaso nivel de servicio y las limitadas comodidades hacen que la experiencia resulte decepcionante y poco recomendable.

L’emplacement.
Le fait de pouvoir laisser les bagages avant le
check in et après le check out.

Trop cher pour la proposition !!!!
Petit déjeuner trop léger : sous forme de fast food : 1 viennoiserie à emporter sous vide, 1 fruit, 1 boisson.

La chambre est délabrée : plinthes qui laissent passer l’air et qui a été bouchée avec du carton qui est tombé.
Peinture craquelée à certains endroits, sol baignoire qui est gondolé, manque pièces au meuble , moquette sale et odeur de chaussettes pendant tout le séjour.
Fenêtre très très sale.
On avait hâte de quitter la Chambre chaque matin.
En arrivant ils nous ont facturé 50$ on ne sait pas pourquoi…
Au moment de payer ils nous ont ajouté 60$ on ne sait pas pourquoi. Ils te répondent en
Disant que c’est normal….
Bref, plus jamais, et je ne le recommande pas.

Great location but extremely out of date
Pros:

The location of the hotel is fantastic and very easy to navigate around the Times Square area and also for nearby shops, restaurants and theatres.

Cons:

The hotel lobby is deceiving as it is very welcoming and modern internally however the upper floors are far from that and in particular the 7th floor is in dire need of remodelling.
