Pros:

We spent 8 nights here, in the heart of Midtown, location being great. 👍 The breakfast was so rich, from 6³⁰ to 12⁰⁰, in this way giving us a chance to sleep more after 20 km per day. 👍 The room was fine, big TV, clean bed sheets and towels. 👍

La Clim à fond mais s’il n’y a pas de Clim, on entend tout, même le voisin de chambre, on l’entend quand il parle ou tousse…
La veille de notre départ, ils nous ont coupé la Clim.
Que 2 ascenseurs pour tout le monde, donc attente super longue

Superou minha expectativa e super recomendo o hotel.
Pros:

Estava extremamente receoso pelos comentários que tinha lido e a nota, porém o hotel é perfeito, Eles me ofereceram um quarto no andar Manhattan que era pouca difença de preço e não se isso justificou, mas o quarto apenar da localização era silencioso, quarto tudo novinho, com água e gelo de graça no andar. Enfim, fiquei encantado com hotel e valeu cada centavo do valor pago.

Cons:

O café da manhã muito fraco e para quem fica mais dias como fiquei, acaba comendo sempre a mesma coisa.
Algo que não posso deixar passar despercebido, eramos 7 amigos em dois quartos. Chegamos juntos no hotel, apesar da reserva ter sifo feito individualmente. Eles um casal com 2 filhas e ao chegar no hotel, por volta de 19h não tinha quarto para eles, mandaram subir para um quarto que tinha hospede. Eles voltaram para recepção pedimos para falar com o gerente e ele se recusou a descer, conversar e resolver o problema imediatamente. Demorou e muito para resolver a situação.
Nós fizemos todo roteiro de viagem juntos, escolhemos o hotel no mesmo momento e essa recusa do gerente em nos atender impactou na minha impressão no hotel no momento do checkin

Deben anuciar el cambio del nombre del hotel, jaja estuve caminando como media hora el nombre de antes The Manhattan at Times Square y ahora es Crown Plaza.. Muy bello todo.

Pros:

Alguna planta es nueva y están bastante bien. Lo mejor es la ubicación seguramente.

Cons:

El personal de recepción bastante mal… en general bastante bordes y poco empáticos. Bastante decepcionados. Por el mismo precio seguramente se pueden encontrar mejores opciones… La gente que se encarga de las maletas muy agradables por eso.

The location is amazing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, with spacious rooms.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned properly, we had black hair on the shower walls when we checked in. The staff was rude at moments, telling us we may or may not have a room ready when we booked back in January. The elevators were also down the entire time so it took us forever to get up and down them daily.

Good location, everything else was pretty poor
Pros:

Location is brilliant, although the noise even on the higher floors is pretty loud at night

Cons:

No real facilities to speak of. There are 4 lifts in the building, 2 of them never worked and 1 was intermittent. This left only 1 working lift during most of our 4 night stay. Allow an extra 10 minutes when travelling to accommodate waiting for the lift.
Rooms were OK. Shower floor was peeling, not great decor.
