Wir haben uns trotzdem gut amüsiert
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt gut, in zentraler Lage. Frühstück war ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider etwas verwohnt, das Personal war sehr unterschiedlich, von freundlich kompetent bis überfordert.

Für 2 Nächte war es sehr gut.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und super Lage und sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Der Fernseher war seitlich vom Bett angebracht also nur in Seitenlage konnte man schauen und Einrichtung etwas unmodern.

A decent place overall, but the lack of an elevator is something families should know.
Pros:

The hotel looks nice and the facilities were perfectly fine for our stay. On-site parking is available for €5, as described, and was convenient and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The biggest downside, especially for families, is that there is no elevator. We were traveling with a child and stroller but were given a room on the fourth floor, which meant carrying our luggage and stroller up and down the stairs every time. No help was offered. It made the stay quite a bit less convenient than it could have been.

12 Personen fühlten sich sehr wohl.
Pros:

Wir waren eine Gruppe und sind sehr gut "betreut" worden. Sofortige Hilfe und Unterstützung bei allen Fragen. Das Abendessen war perfekt, allen hat alles super geschmeckt. Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. DANKE an das Hotel-Personal!

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zum See oder zum Markt war es nicht weit. Das Pwrsonal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist schon älter, die Matratzen etwas ausgelegen und der Einstieg zur Duschwanne ziemlich hoch.

Personal sehr freundlich, Essen supergut, kommt auf die Lage der Zimmer an, ACHTUNG KEIN Lift

Das Frühstück war perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich, beim Buchen darauf achten, dass auch die Info, dass man mit Hund anreist angekommen ist, das war leider bei uns nicht der Fall und wir hatten bei der Heimreise fast kein Zimmer, wenn nicht die supernette Damen vom Empfang das geregelt hätte. Die Zimmer zum vorderen Eingang sind, wenn es warm ist, aufgrund des Kopfsteinpflasters sehr laut. Die Hundezimmer sind sehr groß.

Cons:

Leider ist die Nachricht, dass wir einen Hund mithaben nicht beim Hotel angekommen. Bei der Hinreise hat die Empfangsdame dies aber extra nochmals vermerkt, aber es gab leider wieder die entsprechende Info bei der Heimreise nicht und der Inhaber, hat gemeint, obwohl wir gebucht hatten, dass alle Hundezimmer belegt sind und das für uns reservierte Zimmer kein Hundezimmer sei! Das war sehr unangenehmg. Gott sei Dank hat die Dame am Empfang entschieden, dass wir doch bleiben können.
