The staff is the only thing this hotel has going for itself
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and the live singer was an added bonus

Cons:

I had the wrong room when I arrived which they corrected. The rooms smelt and the items in the room were filthy. The phone or TV didnt work, three tvs later I finally had one. WiFi didnt work.
Dinner was awful. Starter was cold (and it was a prawn dish), dinner was completely tasteless.
I didnt even bother eating the buffet breakfast

Location perfect for what we wanted

Cons:

Paid for a superior room, no glasses, no hairdryer you can request one for an extra £5, nets and curtains had mold on them, shower curtain was dirty

Cons:

Useless breakfast. Was advised it was a continental breakfast early as we were doing the Dragon ride. Was given a bag with a small yoghurt, apple.juice , orange and 2 very small pastries!!!! What about porridge , toast etc. How they can charge £170 a.night with this pathetic breakfast is beyond me

Perfect stay.
Pros:

I was upgraded to the Marilyn monroe room. It was beautiful. I stayed for two nights and had a great nights sleep. The entertainment was fabulous, very tasty food and breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back. My friends and I work at the local hospital and we decided to have a night out for our friend who’s getting married. The function was a 90’s night, it was great night.
