Breakfast was nice and fresh. Bed was comfy
Upon arrival, we had to change rooms three separate times due to unacceptable conditions.
First Room: Despite booking and paying for a double room, we were initially placed in a twin room.
Second Room: The air conditioning unit made a loud, disruptive noise every 10 minutes, even though it was switched off.
Third Room: We were told we were being upgraded, but the cleanliness was extremely poor. The kettle lid was broken, and the radiator and various other surfaces were filthy. Most disturbingly, the complimentary biscuits had already been opened and half-eaten, which raises serious concerns about your housekeeping and hygiene standards.
Having already moved three times, we felt we had no choice but to give up and stay put for the remainder of our booking. This experience severely impacted our stay, and I look forward to hearing how you intend to rectify this

There was a loud noise coming from the bathroom. So i asked to be moved.

Breakfast,was the down point of the trip food was very good but having to wait up to 10 miniutes for plates and juices took the edge off the trip. Staff did not know what was going on if they did they did not tell us
Breakdast staff needed organising I.e given individual jobs and direction of their jobs
The staff were really friendly and the live singer was an added bonus
I had the wrong room when I arrived which they corrected. The rooms smelt and the items in the room were filthy. The phone or TV didnt work, three tvs later I finally had one. WiFi didnt work.
Dinner was awful. Starter was cold (and it was a prawn dish), dinner was completely tasteless.
I didnt even bother eating the buffet breakfast
