Breakfast was excellent
Mattress with stains covered with white bed sheets. Staff were not welcoming and friendly.
Good location, near to the town, plenty of parking. Lovely and clean spacious room. Clean and tidy bathroom Adjustable air conditioning was fantastic as it was an extremely hot day. Even though there was a function on in another area ididn't hear any loud noise from my room. I slept soundly.
Stone cold plates for the serve yourself breakfast, slow toast machine, lids being left off the hot silver trays containing food,lukewarm warm water for the tea, not enough milk out by the cereal so the milk for the teas/coffee was empty. By the time I came to eat my food after queuing it was also lukewarm. The young lady behind the bar did eventually bring me a pot of hot water for tea and milk after asking. I don't mind serve yourself breakfast usually but I think it would be beneficial to have a member of staff serve or nearby as the queue would move more quickly and the lids on the food would be put back on properly, milk and hot water being topped up when necessary.

The Blanco's Hotel is well located for my business needs. Free on site parking. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was as usual good, with free wi-fi. It was also air conditioned, which was much appreciated due to very hot weather. The food in the evening was very good and breakfast also from 07.00am. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel.
Very minor one, there were no fried eggs for the breakfast.

The band playing on the Sunday afternoon were too loud
When we arrived it was a very friendly environment for the staff on reception welcoming and great customer service. The whole hotel was absolutely stunning. Our bedroom was clean, tidy, and set out beautifully. We were extremely happy with the room we had to. Breakfast in the morning was beautifully laid out, and a great range of food and drinks available enjoyed our breakfast very much it set us up for our day.
We also had an evening meal when we arrived, and a great range of food options was extremely happy with the food we ordered and enjoyed it.

Sorry we didn't go much on our dessert though which was sticky toffee pudding not enough toffee flavouring or sauce unfortunately which was disappointing and also customer service on some of the staff in the restaurant could be improved extremely due to smiling being welcoming when guests arrive and also when you tell staff your popping away from your table that still had drinks on for few minutes and be back then you return to table being cleared and faces made well that is not way behave it was sorted out and drinks replaced in end. Me and my partner have worked in your industry for many years, and I'm sorry to say that was the only thing we could fault about our stay. Everything else was 10 out of 10.
