Very disappointed. Will never return

The cleanliness.

Cons:

The management’s handling of customer privacy is extremely disappointing. Even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was clearly displayed, the staff still came to the room and opened the door without obtaining permission. When we asked for an explanation, we were simply told that it was due to “miscommunication” among the staff.

What makes the situation even more disappointing is the management’s lack of concern afterward. Despite such a serious breach of guest privacy, no apology or genuine effort to address the incident was offered until we specifically asked for one after leaving the hotel on that very moment as we didn't feel safe. It totally destroyed our vacation mood.

A hotel should take guest privacy and safety seriously. A DND sign should mean exactly that—do not enter. Mistakes can happen, but the way management responds to such an incident demonstrates how much they value their guests. In this case, the response was far from what I would expect from a professional hotel.

L’hôtel est bien mais il faut demander des chambres au calme si vous voulez dormir.
Pros:

L’hôtel est propre et proche de petits markets et restaurants de rues etc. Le service de navette retour à l’aéroport est appréciable quand on repart uniquement jusqu’à 14h.

Cons:

Nos chambres etaient très propres mais très mal isolées. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir car il y avait un bruit permanent de « moteur ». Le temps de trajet qui dure normalement 15 minutes est multiplié par 3 lorsqu’il y a de la circulation.
