Overall great experience - recommend!
Pros:

+ Great location (close to the bus/airport bus and subway) also Gangnam is a very cool modern part of town
+ Wonderful Korean breakfast buffet!!
+ Great value for money
+ Clean in general

Cons:

- a bit noisy room due to traffic outside
- some stains on the bed sheet but we asked them to change it and they did
- no hot water on the first night but remaining nights it was normal
- bed was not so comfy

Great staff and amenities
Pros:

Well situated ! Skin clinics all around, shopping malls, small and bigger restaurants ! I stayed there for 3 days before moving to another part but I was more than satisfied with my stay

I would stay somewhere else next time
Pros:

The place is not terrible but my low rating is due to the fact that when i just arrived there the shower had a problem and was leaking water all over the bathroom and flooding it. I told the receptionist about it and asked to send someone to fix it and they said they did but nothing changed and I had this problem the whole time I was there. It was such an inconvenience. Other things were fine as the location, the view, comfort etc.

Pros:

just across from the airport bus limousine stop. quiet area, worked for us as we wanted to stay on that side of Seoul.

Cons:

around 15min walk to the nearest metro station, which we knew and it wasn’t a problem for us, but might be to other people. far away from the main views/attractions, which can be a problem as well (again, it wasn’t for us as we’ve been to Seoul several times). cleanliness is subpar, wasn’t impressed.
