Hier hat alles gestimmt, einfach perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das absolut geniale und super leckere Frühstück.

Cons:

Unsere Suite hatte einige Mängeln, welche in dieser Preiskategorie nicht sein dürfen. Zerkratzte Böden, wackelige Wandhaken, optische Bettbeschädigungen.
Dazu kam unglaublicher Lärm aufgrund einer Disco im selben Gebäude! An Schlaf war leider erst nach 2 Uhr morgens (!) zu denken - unsere persönliche Beschwerde am Empfang hat mitnichten geholfen - diese wurde offensichtlich ignoriert.
Persönlich deshalb, weil es in unserer Suite kein Telefon gab und via Handy über die eigens publizierte Rufnummer des Hotels niemand erreichbar war?! :((

Haben uns auf Aufenthalt im schönen Ambiente gefreut wurden aber sehr enttäuscht !!!

Die Lage und auch das gesamte Ambiente ist sehr schön, deshalb waren wir schon sehr oft dort.

Cons:

Bei der Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts funktionierte nachts die Karte nicht und unter der Notfallrufnummer ging nur der Anrufbeantworter an. Mussten uns um 23.30 neue Unterkunft suchen, da niemand erreichbar war !!!Unglaublich aber wahr.
Bis heute keinerlei Entschuldigung der Geschäftsleitung, die auch nicht anwesend war bei der Abreise.
Schade. Service könnte deutlich verbessert werden !!!
Zum Glück hatten wir alle wichtigen Medikamente bei uns sonst hätte es in der Nacht sehr kritisch werden können.
So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt und so etwas darf es auch nicht geben. !

Toll sind die kostenlosen Leihfahrräder, die es seit Kurzem gibt. Damit lässt sich Gießen abends unkompliziert erkunden.

Pros:

Alles sehr gut. Frühstück hätte mehr vegane Komponenten anbieten können. Als Studentenstadt hatte ich dies vorausgesetzt. Bei wenigen Gästen Frühstück a la carte anbieten. Macht mehr Sinn. Sehr freundliche Menschen im Service.

Cons:

Booking.com Preis war unverschämt höher als der Tagespreis des Hotels.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
Cons:

Zugang durch Baustelle. Ausblick und „Terrasse“ zur Baustelle. Zimmer für „Comfort“ zu klein. Laut zufallende Türen. Spiegel ohne Licht. Dafür 275 € für eine Nacht völlig überzogen.
