Everything was perfect.

Cons:

The pricepolicy of booking.com
They charged me 200 for each night.
But the price for the second night would have been 133 on booking 🫣

Excellent location if youre going to the Olympic stadium
Pros:

Hotel was wonderful and the staff so friendly and helpful, also very knowledgeable when we asked about sightseeing etc (thank you Roberta) Booked the hotel due to going to the Olympic stadium for a concert, only 15 minute walk to stadium. Hotel was around 30 mins in taxi from athens, taxi was around 22-25 euros, very reasonable. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're going to the stadium for a concert. Also there is a huge Mall next to the stadium, loads of shops and a nice place outside to sit and eat/drink.
