Apartment was very comfortable and staff were courteous, kind and friendly. All up, very good.
Pros:

Location is great and within walking g distance of waterpark and playgrounds

Cons:

Maintenance at 7am in morning..painting of exterior doors of our apartment and two others nearby. Paint fumes interfered with 4 year old and 3 month baby so we had to stay on balcony for 2 hours to wait it out.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, they really made me feel welcome. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach and food. Could not fault this stay 😊

If going back to Townsville we will stay here again.
Pros:

Great location just off the Strand. About halfway along so easy to walk in either direction. Close to cafes and hotels. Convenient to a Coles super market. Was able to park the hire car under the apartment complex and easy to get in and out.

Cons:

Air conditioner was a bit loud.

Pros:

The one bedroom self contained unit we had was big and spacious. The bathroom and shower were also large. It was well equipped and maintained. The management had various complimentary items which were available if required. The rooms were serviced on a daily basis.
The location was perfect for us with a variety of venues within walking distance.
