Not staying, though the breakfast was excellent!

They never solved the problem with my booking. I booked and paid for breakfast and half board NOK525—- wrote messages, sent pictures, presented proof off buying service during check in——- no response, reaction or sorry!!!! I call it theft or scam!!!!

The hotel has an outdoor breakfast buffet and on 17 May they went all out. We would stay here again if we visit Oslo.
Pros:

The location was great for exploring the city and close to the central train station

Cons:

We had a little trouble with the door lock initially. The hallway carpet was really worn looking but functional.

Pros:

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

Towels too thin. No spoon in the room to stir the coffee.
Also, the fact that I found out that I could open the floor-to-ceiling window on the 8th floor ….!

Ottimo albergo, posizione eccellente, molto confortevole.
Pros:

Colazione, posizione, comfort complessivo.

Cons:

Arredamento della stanza un po’ troppo minimalista. Stanza grande ma poco spazio per vestiario e mancanza di un appendi-abiti.

Pros:

La décoration du hall d'entrée (tableaux de maître, sculpture) , la qualité de l'accueil, , le personnel aimable et souriant, toujours prêt à rendre service, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner avec notamment un chef d'omelette et une barista

I felt the hotel needed renovation; unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable. Cold and unpleasant.
