Pros:

Die Lage war sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Hotel verfügt über kein Personal. Bereits beim digitalen Check-In gab es Probleme (nicht nur bei uns, sondern auch bei anderen Gästen). Als wir am Abend den Fussball-Match im Zimmer schauen wollten, fanden wir keine Fernbedienung für das TV: nach langem Telefonieren mit einem Hotline mussten wir uns wieder anziehen, nach unten zum nicht besetzten Empfang gehen und selber einen PassKey für ein anderes Zimmer programmieren, damit wir von dort die Fernbedienung holen konnten - das alles für den überrissenen Preis von mehr als CHF 200 für eine Nacht! Wir haben keine Entschuldigung erhalten und können dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

First class hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Location, facilities, cleanliness and service.

Cons:

Didn't really get a good nights sleep as the "twin beds" could have actually been single twin beds and much wider, and not a double bed with two matresses but this was the only issue with a lovely hotel.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Vaduz
Pros:

Clean, comfortable hotel right in the centre of Vaduz with car parking. Self-check in and check out worked ok. Decent WiFi. Restaurants nearby. Good continental breakfast with a few hot food options.

Cons:

No coffee maker in room, but available 24 hours in 1st floor breakfast area.

Nice hotel good location could be much better very easily

Good breakfast and tea and coffee available all day

Cons:

One bed light broken, badly stained carpet, no Netflix option on TV
Could only switch lights off completely by removing room card from wall socket so couldn’t charge phone etc overnight.
We paid for a junior suite but didn’t get a fridge- we both have medication which needs keeping cold why don’t they give you a fridge? They cost €100 and last 20 years.

Gerne kommen wir wieder
Pros:

Alles wirklich gut gefallen, hatten etwas größeres Komfortzimmer. Die Lage, Parkplatz, Preis-Leistung und das tolle Smart-Konzept, auch die dezent angeschlossene Gastronomie für den Abend mit Lounge im Hause.

Cons:

Haben nichts vermisst.

Good hotel with tasty breakfast in the city centre
Pros:

Very nice room, the hotel situated in the city centre, tasty breakfast and good coffee ☕️
There was some noise during day time because of building work near the hotel 🏨

Cons:

We had some difficulties with the girl which was in the cafeteria during breakfast the last day, she couldn’t speak English or German, and couldn’t give us help or assistance.
All other staff were good 👍🏻

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit moderner Ausstattung und 100%-Self Service.
Pros:

Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Toplage am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Modernes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit modernem Bad.

Cons:

Es ist kein Personal vor Ort für Fragen. Der Check-in und -out läuft komplett über Selfservice-Terminal mit umfangreicher Dateneingabe, was sehr nervig ist!
Vorausgesandte Koffer mussten wir suchen und mühsam erfragen, um sie in einem anderen Zimmer schliesslich zu finden.
Geteilte Rechnungsstellung über mehrere Kreditkarten pro Reisendem sind nicht mehr möglich. Abbuchung erfolgt automatisch.
Dadurch wirkt das Hotel unpersönlich und kühl.
Nur angesichts des sehr hohen Lichtensteiner Preisverhältnisses erscheint der Hotelpreis noch akzeptabel.

A welcoming place with comfortable accommodation. Liechtenstein is a beautiful country to visit.
Pros:

Hotel was fantastic, clean and refurbished, with everything we needed. One staff member we had cause to deal with was extremely helpful with the luggage storage. Location was great, close to shops and experiences. Easy bus transport to station.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike.
