The room bed and linens/towels were good quality and comfortable. Shower and towels with a nice touch of robes.
Public places were not clean... bathroom downstairs, hallways. Most upsetting was room was not ready when promised and had to wait until 4:36 due to shortage cleaning staff. I was tired and ready to check in.
This boutique hotel was right at the heart of the Pike’s Place waterfront. We walked everywhere to Space Needle and Chihuly Garden, sunset sail cruise off Pier 66, Urban Coffee to meet bus for day tour to Mt Rainier, and lots of visits to eat at Pike’s Place. Services was excellent, view of water was lovely. Would absolutely go again!

Everything
The hotel told us the shuttle to the pier was $15 per person. When we paid the driver, he said $60 for 4 of us, but when we told him our boys were paying for themselves, he charged us $45 for 2 people, totaling $90.
The hotel is located in a fabulous walkable area. There are lots of restaurants within walking and many activities. The Pier is located right behind the hotel and the views are amazing! The hotel is well appointed, clean and the staff was fabulous! The Ben Paris eatery was also great!
This was a great little boutique hotel within minutes of walking to Pikes Market. It was clean and the staff was very nice. It has a nice small lobby area and a fantastic restaurant attached to it in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable. If we had one suggestion, it would be for a better coffee situation in the room. Maybe a Keurig with pods instead of a cheap plastic thing that made lousy coffee. We had to dress and go to lobby for coffee where they did have fresh free coffee (a little weak but we like strong coffee). But that was minor compared to how nice everything else was. Id stay here again when in Seattle.
The biggest strength of this hotel is its location. It is incredibly convenient for exploring Seattle, with Pike Place Market, the waterfront, restaurants, shops, ferries, and sightseeing cruises all within easy walking distance. If your priority is being able to walk out of your hotel and immediately experience the city, the location is hard to beat.
Our check-in experience was also excellent. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but the young Black woman who checked us in was exceptionally professional, courteous, and welcoming. She took the time to give us helpful recommendations and tips for our visit, and her service was one of the highlights of our stay.
That said, I think there are areas where the experience could better reflect the hotel’s price point. We booked a Bay View room, and while the view itself was nice, the room felt somewhat small for the category. The portrait-style window also limited how much we could actually enjoy the view unless we were standing directly in front of it. For a room marketed and priced around the view, I expected the design to showcase it more effectively.
The food and beverage experience was another area that fell short. Brunch was disappointing in both flavor and execution relative to the price. The bar experience was similar. At premium cocktail prices, I expected a stronger mixology program and greater consistency with classic cocktails. Even a basic Old Fashioned lacked the balance and execution I would expect at this level.
Overall, I would recommend the hotel primarily for its excellent location, walkability, and convenient access to Seattle’s waterfront attractions. The staff member who welcomed us was wonderful, and the location made exploring the city extremely easy. However, for the overall value to match the premium price point, I believe the room experience, dining quality, and bar program could use some refinement.
Great hotel located right in the heart of Pike Place. We were able to walk to the waterfront and lots of amenities (restaurants, museums, aquarium, etc). Cute rooftop also! Our room was a corner room and laid out nicely. We’d definitely stay here again.
Great location, helpful staff.
On a noisy street
Close to downtown
Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Location and proximity to Pike Market. Rooftop terrace is nice although the food was only ok and came up cold. (I didn’t complain, I was hungry and just ate it). Beautiful view of the sound from my room.
Parking was rough. No valet. You have to go park in a public parking garage ($28 per night) and haul your luggage back to the hotel up the street almost a block. Minimal loading zone in front so I had to double park just to go inside and ask what to do. I wish they had someone out front to help with this. Bottle of water by the bed was $8! There is a $29 amenities fee for wifi etc, although you do get a $15 token to use in their restaurant. Kinda nickel and dime stuff. Room was small.
No where to hang clothes
Location.
Very small room. Roof top bar not open. Having to request mini fridge, should be in the room on arrival.
The staff at this hotel is incredible. First Nadir, who was professional, knowledable, and compassionate as it took us 14 hours to get there and he made sure our room was not cancelled. Dove, who was just as professional and kind. They made you feel so welcomed each time they saw you and were attentive to all your needs. After speaking with Anne,(area manager) I realized that it starts from the top down and her staff couldn't have been nicer. Hotel is kept very nice and the Ben Paris restaurant was wonderful and their staff was just as nice. Highly recommend this hotel.
Very clean, great location, they gave us two $15 chips good for food/drink in their restaurant. Bartender was great!!
We got to the hotel 45 minutes before our check-in time (4:00pm), and were told that our room was ready, and for an extra “early check-in fee” of $25, we could check in right away. Otherwise, we’d have to wait until 4:00. We asked why, if the room is ready now, can’t we just check in without the fee, and they essentially said that someone else might be come in and they could get their money. We chose to go park the car and walk around for a bit, but was inconvenient for us. This may be industry standard, but it still seemed greedy to us.
We’re not used to paying the high price we paid (nearly $400 per night after taxes and fees), but realize that’s probably standard in popular areas of big cities, especially on either of the coasts.
