Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und günstige Lage direkt an der Station Kyobashi
Pros:

Das Zimmer war etwas größer als durchschnittliche Zimmer in dieser Preisklasse, was für mich ein großer Vorteil ist, da ich meistens mit viel Gepäck reise. In dem Zimmer gab es einen Massagestuhl - ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Im Sitzbereich (Sofa und Tisch) wurde es dadurch allerdings ein wenig eng. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Es gab keine Badewanne, nur eine Dusche, die allerdings sehr geräumig war.

Pros:

O quarto tinha um tamanho adequado para um casal, diferentemente de outros hotéis do Japão, cujos quartos são minúsculos, e o banheiro era excelente.

Cons:

Se for para fazer uma crítica, eu diria que não gosto da ideia de uma "janela" de vidro entre o banheiro e o quarto.

Pros:

Znakomita lokalizacja, blisko dworca Tokyo, a stacją metra dosłownie przed wyjściem. Czysto, łazienka z super wanną i prysznicem. Dobre śniadania. Personel bardzo miły, nie narzucający się. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Jak będę kiedyś jeszcze w Tokyo, wrócę do tego hotelu!

Cons:

Może tylko zapach środków do czyszczenia, jest zbyt mocny.

Pros:

Staffs were nice, they have check-in process with machine (with staff assistance) very convenient and quick. Location is good, next to the station.

The room is a bit small but they have massage chair that was nice

Cons:

Nothing much, except hair dryer wasn’t good enough for my hair, it was very low airflow

Great spot for any of your Tokio stays plans.
Pros:

For us was the best location in Tokio. Close to Tokio Central, plenty of shopping areas around, safe for evening and night walking, good underground connection with almost any corner of the city.

Cons:

It's not only about this hotel, same in all our accommodation spots in Tokio, Osaka or Kyoto.....it's almost impossible to have fresh cow milk, dairy farm products or any sort of yoghurt. Second, there are no chocolate powder or cocoa hot drinks, anywhere. Only coffee. And no fresh juice, fresh made, as we know in EU or USA. Again, I've never seen a bottle of cow fresh milk, along my 3 weeks stay, in any 7/11 or other sort of groceries, I've been. It was a sort of something named 'milk" but full of colors and flavors, and mostly made from soya beans. Maybe this is specific for Japan. Kids are not drinking milk in Japan ?
