L'emplacement, et un des réceptionnistes qui était le soir ,

Un service client déplorable et un manque total de professionnalisme.
​J'ai demandé à la réception de préparer ma facture à l'avance car mon train partait 20 minutes plus tard et que le séjour était déjà entièrement réglé. On m'a catégoriquement refusé ce service.
​Une fois à la réception, le réceptionniste m'a demandé mon numéro de chambre. Ne m'en souvenant plus sur le moment, il n'a même pas pris la peine de faire une recherche par mon nom dans le système. Il a fallu que j'insiste lourdement pour qu'il daigne enfin vérifier, le tout avec une lenteur et une nonchalance inacceptables.Finalement à cause de ce manque d'empathie et d'efficacité, j'ai raté mon train. Une expérience très décevante.

Cons:

La ventilation dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, la climatisation fonctionnait mais on pouvait pas modifier la température aussi trop de bruit la nuit du côté du boulevard.

Grand lit 2m bien situé

Cons:

Isolation phonique catastrophique pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger car près de la grande avenue et une mini douche (faut pas avoir une surcharge pondérale) dans notre chambre

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, schön und sauber.
Die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in der Personalgarage verstauen. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und die Medina ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
