La réception m’ont demandé un matin pendant mon séjour un surplus en espèces alors que j’avais déjà payé sur le site booking.j’ai eu un échange très tendu et ils m’ont stressé pendant plusieurs minutes.J’ai souvent pris des hôtels via booking et c’est la première fois que j’ai eu un problème.
