They gave us a wonderful place to stay when we had none!
Pros:

I can't say enough good about this hotel! They welcomed us with open arms when our Airbnb didn't work out. They gave us a great deal on three rooms for two nights, which included breakfast. They welcomed us with a glad of champagne, and while we sat and relaxed, they completed our checkin paperwork and brought it to us to be signed. Our luggage was already in our rooms. We were so tired and they made a bad situation into a wonderful situation. We had breakfast and dinner there and everything was amazing, especially the Eggs Benedict and pistachio souffle! The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. The toiletries are first class as is everything else. We had a separate water closet and that was amazing. Overall, a first class hotel worn first class service and food! Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

It’s a great setting with surrounding manicured and secure grounds. The hotel staff pays attention to small details and makes you feel welcome at all times. Everything was good quality and the room is clean, spacious, modern and high end.

Cons:

Shower screen not quite long enough to prevent rainfall shower water from escaping.
Perhaps more vegetarian options on the menu.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! Everyone was friendly and attentive. Everything from my arrival to departure were outstanding. My room was very clean and comfortable. My stay far exceeded my expectations!

Brilliant family celebration
Pros:

A family group of 6, we had a lovely 2 day celebration of my golden wedding. Everything was perfect. The accommodation was comfortable, the food most enjoyable and the location very attractive. Hotel staff went above and beyond to make our celebration excellent in every way.

Luxury accommodations, great location, and mostly excellent staff interactions.
Pros:

The restaurant was excellent, pricey with small portions as one expects at these high end hotels/restaurants.

Most memorable stay in Inverness. Nothing like it.
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay. The team of staff were exceptional, very attentive. Definitely a 5 star hotel with 5 star service, especially the guest services along with the concierge team. Monica and her team were extremely welcoming and wonderful. A truly memorable stay. We can’t wait to plan our next stay.

Great and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful luxury hotel near the river walk. A short walk away from downtown (10 minutes max to city center) but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Rooms are well appointed and very quiet. Monica in reception is excellent and welcoming making an effort to greet us and speak with us each time.
