Everything. There is nothing that we would want to change.
The location and grounds are very beautiful. Access to the river walk is right outside the property, affording scenic walking into town. The bar and restaurant areas are very nice and the food was excellent.
The only thing we disliked was one of the bar tenders being a little disrespectful when we commented that the bar snack peanuts tasted a bit old.
What can I say apart from Exceptional !!
From driving up the driveway the staff greet you with the most welcoming smile.

An exceptional hotel in a beautiful setting and a great location. The hotel itself is elegant and very well maintained, with a wonderful atmosphere throughout. The breakfast was excellent, and both the restaurant and bar were fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and it’s easy to see why Ness Walk is considered one of the best hotels in Inverness. I would happily stay here again.
The only minor issue was the squeaky floors. At times, we could hear guests in the room above walking around. It wasn’t a major problem and certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise exceptional stay.
Also, the drinks and food in the hotel were quite expensive.
