Moxy is within walking distance of airport and car hire return. Our room was very quiet with no intrusion of planes taking off or landing.. friendly helpful staff

This was an overnight stay before flying back to the US. Room was perfect in every way, clean, convenient, coffee and tea maker. We had bought some refrigerated items and there was no small refridge in the room, but there was a bar and food service on the main floor with limited but adequate selections that were delicious.
It was maybe the furthest airport hotel from the airport checkin, but we wer in shape from hiking in Edinburgh for a week and it was no problem
The location for the airport after a very long, late night from Greece.
We turned up at 3am, after a long flight from Greece. When we got to the hotel to check in, they only had one room available for us, and it was a very small twin room, not the double we had booked. And the other two who were staying with us had to be sent across the road to the Hilton for a room there. Although this was free because of the error from the Moxy, it was still a massive inconvience at that time in the morning. The Moxy offered no apology either for this mistake. It's alot of money to pay when you are not getting what you book and the hotel was already messaged us earlier in the afternoon to confirm our arrival time.

Friendly member of staff on reception - Jana. She was extremely helpful, courteous and appeared genuinely interested in welcoming guests.
Breakfast buffet was chaotic at 8:30am. (Breakfast is available from 06:00 to 10:00). Insufficient seating available for guests wishing to dine. Not enough clean cutlery or crockery, especially mugs. Tables were full of previous diners used crockery and cutlery. No trays evident in dining areas.
