the top of the shampoo dispenser was missing that made it difficult tp apply this and the shower door was coming apart at the bottom and was rusty
Close to Departure area. Comfortable bed. Excellent plumbing and tv.

We were allocated an accessibility room which wasn’t ideal with unnecessary equipment for our purposes. We weren’t offered a welcome drink on this visit, maybe that has stopped, there was no water available free in reception and staff seemed more interested in making a call than attending to us

The location is excellent, staff is professional and kind, everything is very clean and well thought through. The shower was amazing.
Ventilation in the room was sadly poor.
It was very hot with the window closed and very noisy with the window open.
Also, a small and not very significant thing: connecting your phone to the screen is offered, but the server doesn’t work. :/
The place was really closed to the airport. Nice layout, decor. Amazing bar.
