Poor attendence by housekeeping. I had to ask the bar staff for toilet paper because they haddent attended to my room for 4 days despite daily requests.
Most of the staff were inexperienced and couldnt seem to get the simplest request right.
Super convenient for the airport and the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice.
The interior design is not exactly subtle, but it doesn't affect the comfort.

Perfect location for when you have an early flight. Just a quick walk to the airport. The rooms were clean and functional.
This property did not match its website
I can almost straight from work for an early flight - only to be told kitchen losed (web said 11pm)
Staff not helpful - offered a poor overcooked pizza - and not the one I wanted - and charged £14.50
The staff didn’t have a good attitude and this made the whole stay poor - and hungry! Won’t use again or recommend
