Pros:

Book for later in the year howevet found out no fridge in the room for medication told they wiil keep it at recepion thats no good i need it next to.me wanted to cancel however would lose my money evey other jotel at the airport hss a fridge in yhe room and the price includes breakfast however lesson learnt woll nevet tecomened or book the moxy again

Fine for a short stay.
Pros:

My stay was nice and the hotel is very to the teminale.
Pros:

The room was nice and it had a comfortable chair. Close to the air port terminale.

Cons:

I thought I would have a meal at the hotel but the staff informed me it would be at leased one hour wait for my food. The dinning room was busy. I do think if this is an ever night occurrence the kitchen staff could do with help. I did not eat at the hotel.

So disappointing
Pros:

We have stayed here many times before but are shocked at how poor the hotel has become. Staff were abrupt, parking is now charged at £15 per night for guests and 75% of the food menu was unavailable. What was left was overpriced microwaved rubbish.
Room was fine but sadly we will look elsewhere for airport accommodation next time.

Nice enough
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room nice but small when you have kids and luggage/pram in tow

Cons:

Expensive when you are going for an early flight and room was stifling when we arrived and, even with air con, it was uncomfortably hot at night so didn’t sleep well.

Lobby and bar ugly and noisy with very limited food choices. Had to go across to the Doubletree to get a decent meal

I paid a lot for a hopefully restful sleep but sadly didn’t get that. Very noisy and not adequate sound proofing.
Pros:

Staff very helpful and always available.

Cons:

Exceptionally noisy throughout the night so couldn’t really sleep.
