Not good and I stay at Hampton Inns frequently

Cons:

3 hour wait for our room. It was still dirty at 6 pm. They mixed up our reservation. I changed to a standard 2 queen bed room and was approved by booking.com. A nice man checking in at the same time switched w us.

No complaints!! Great overnight stay
Pros:

The front desk help- both when I checked in and checked out - was extremely friendly, professional and welcoming.

Cons:

Would have liked if it were closer to York, but very manageable drive.

Satisfied and grateful
Pros:

The woman working at the desk when we arrived was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Im sad that I cannot remember her name but I do remember her mentioning that she had lived in Miami. She was wonderful!!!

Cons:

Paying 75.00 for each cat. I can see charging that as a deposit and if no damage,etc done then return to customer. Or atleast part of it. But I am grateful that they were welcome!!
