Good hotel, but highway noise.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Unfortunately didn't get great sleep as the truck noise all night long was loud. 😕

Very loud noise from tractor trailers all night long. They need to upgrade their windows.

Pros:

The staff were super helpful and really nice. I asked them for a can opener, and while they didn't have one to let be borrow, the receptionist took the can and opened it for me with a smile.

Plus, the room was HUGE!!

I had no idea pet friendly meant the rooms would smell like dog urine. Even the hallways and elevators smelled soo bad. The noise from the highway was awful

Excellent location, spacious room, every detail seems to be of high quality. The stuff was willing to let me a (very) early check in with no prior request. Recommended!

The breakfasts were good.

Cons:

The bed was too high for an elder or shorter person to get into comfortably. The walk-in shower also not good for an elder person especially if they have balance or health issue, and need a way to sit down. Didn't like the bathroom faucet angled the way it was. Very difficult to use and rinse hands, etc.

Overall stay was OK but, the reason we would consider staying again would be Ashley, hands down

Location was convenient, price was reasonable, Breakfast was pretty good. Pet Friendly. They were accommodating when we asked to stay another night. One person on the staff (Ashley) really stood out and was very pleasant, friendly and informative. To be honest she is what really made our stay, she would be why we would stay there again.

Cons:

Bed (King) wasn't too comfortable, felt very lumpy. We were there 3 nights, and cleaning staff never entered room. Not even to replace towels or empty trash, (very small trash cans, three nights stay, had to find dumpster and bring out trash ourselves and ask front desk for another trash bag) Need to improve on Cleaning Services in our opinion.
