It was too close to the interstate. There was a lot of traffic noise.

Would’ve been nice to have an outdoor pool, but not a huge deal.

Upon checking in once settled we noticed toliet in our room wasn’t working properly I asked for someone to check it while we were out. They did check on the issue but were not able to resolve it and seemed to think it was okay to address it in the morning. I feel like we should have been given the opportunity to change rooms and if that wasn’t possible I feel like a credit should have been due.

The shower wand mount was broken and loose. However, the worst part was getting woke up at 2:30 AM with a fire alarm. I would like very much to be compensated for at least one evening! It was a total disaster being stuck outside for two hours! While police and rescue addressed the situation at hand.

I realize this is a fully animal welcoming facility-every room-every floor. However I didn’t expect my room to smell like a war dog. The carpets were not cleaned like they were last year and the smell was overbearing. I asked the front desk manager if we could swap rooms and he was nice but said it was fully booked. I won’t be staying here again. Too bad because I usually sat at a Hilton hotel as a first choice.

I have noticed a decline in the basic services
1- rooms are now cleaned once a week or on demand for a week's worth.
2- nor enough pool towels or the lack of at times
3- shortage of personnel

Nous avons été déçus de la propreté ailleurs que dans la chambre: les escaliers n'ont pas été nettoyés depuis longtemps ainsi que le thermostat dans le hall d'entrée entre autres. Le bain était taché donc non invitant et de la moisissure est présente sur les joints du bain.

On all 3 nights, the same late afternoon/evening front desk attendant paid more attention to the dogs walking in with their owners than other guest requests. Ex: pool had 0 towels so we asked the attendant, and said she would be right over with them. 2 of us waited in the doorway to the pool while our 2 other family members jumped in the pool.. as we waited in the doorway the attendant decided to sit on the floor with 2 dogs that walked in to chit chat.. we waited 15 min for towels with her saying ‘I’m so sorry I forgot the towels’ and walked out. In the meantime another family walked in and left because they had already waited long enough and no towels were brought in that time. The attendant forgot because she was on the floor with 2 dogs. This is not how you run a business.

The morning of 8/6 there was a younger woman (staff) in charge of the breakfast area was not very attentive to restocking. Alot of bread items and eggs/potatoes were out of stock on the breakfast counters by 8:30am, and no oatmeal (it’s the only thing I eat at hotel breakfasts) so I didn’t eat. As the rest of my family ate at a table, the young staff woman would be in the back or just hung out with the other 2 front desk attendants and when dogs came in all 3 ladies were distracted. Tables were dirty and not being wiped down for new guests. I also noticed a couple other families come into the breakfast area and left because there was no food. Guests come for some amenities and the breakfast is built into the cost of our stay. For guests not to have breakfast items restocked for the service they paid for is upsetting.

Room rugs were dirty. My husband and son walked barefoot the first night. They took a shower later that night, and they both had black running off their feet .. from the floors. I would suggest replacing room carpets with laminate flooring, better upkeep and cleaner.
