Ben Thanh Retreats Hotel

Nada, fiquei menos de duas horas neste local Isto ocorreu porque a ducha do banheiro não estava funcionando. Chamei o funcionário da recepção que também viu que a água não saía. Chamou o gerente ou dono.Que veio vestido de forma inconveniente e com muita grosseria não aceitou a explicação do funcionário que a ducha estava com problemas. Ele próprio demorou a colocar a ducha em condições e disse que estava Tudo certo. Que "nós " que não sabíamos usar. Discordei. Pedi para mudar de quarto. Não fui atendida. Insisti. Fui obrigada a passar o cartão com o pagamento das 5 diárias. Acionei o Booking que NÃO tomou nenhuma providência. Fiquei sem condições e insegura de ficar no Ben Thanh Retreats Hotel. Reservei outro hotel pelo Booking (Good Vibes). Saí arrastando minhas malas pelo beco 21 hs até chegar a avenida e pedir um Grab. Fiquei com duas reservas ativas. Apesar de Todo o horror que passei, foi descontado no meu cartão 5 diárias sendo que nem um banho consegui tomar no BEN THANH RETREATS HOTEL

Room was okay

The location was perfect, close to everything, but tucked away on a small quiet street, so it was very peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful, hospitable, and welcoming. The room was nice, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we would happily stay here again.

The alley that the hotel is located in is very quiet, but still very close to all the famous spots in district 1 - I walked pretty much everywhere to and from the hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable and there was no issue with the wifi. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also pretty good, it’s not a buffet but still had quite a few options to choose from. The staff in the hotel are all extremely friendly, I mostly interacted with the receptionist who is usually there in the mornings (I forgot to ask for her name!) who gave a lot of suggestions of where to go and recommendations for restaurants/cafes. I definitely recommend staying here if you want good hospitality and a quiet spot located not far from all the places to see in Ho Chi Minh City.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - even offering me an umbrella to take out when rain was forecast. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. The room was bigger than expected, with a great shower and an excellent desk to work at. They even offered a free bottled welcome drink from the fridge (I could choose water, soft drink, or beer). The bottled drinks for sale were very convenient and affordable as well. Being a little way from the main road was a plus for me - meant it was quiet, and I enjoyed the vibe in the laneways. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh City!

Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr sauberes großes Zimmer mit Aircon und eifenem großen Badezimmer. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer gemacht und frische Handtücher gebracht. Das Fenster ging aufgrund der sehr eng beieinander stehrnden Häuser direkt auf eine Ziegrlwand, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, man konnte von eiber Karte wählen. Es gan jeden Tag frische Wasserflaschen für den Tag umsonst mit dazu. Fazit: eine wunderbare ruhige Oase inmitten der lebhaften Stadt. Dir meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Ben Thanh Retreats Hotel sehr genossen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

​Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: absolut zentral und dennoch überraschend ruhig. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer der typischen, etwas verwinkelten Gassen Saigons. Das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört – im Gegenteil, es verleiht dem Ganzen einen authentischen Charme und schirmt den Straßenlärm perfekt ab.

Wir wurden unglaublich freundlich empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem hilfsbereit, geben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung.

Auch in puncto Sauberkeit gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen. Die Zimmerreinigung war tadellos – jeden Tag.

Frühstück wird hier individuell nach Auswahl von der Karte frisch zubereitet. Die Auswahl ist genügend und die Qualität der Speisen gut.

.Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer im 4. Stock, das durch ein großes Fenster und Bakontür wunderbar hell und freundlich war.

The staff are lovely, and friendly, always there if you need them. Room kept tidy. Breakfast was so good, always plenty of food. Even if you're just staying for a couple of nights, I must recommend you try the cà phê sữa đá, and the omelette for breakfast.

Our room was big, had a large bed, had AC, clean and friendly helpful staff that gave us tips on the best places to eat and drink nearby.
The hotel is run by a family and located on a residential area in an alley so there's no noise and gives a more local feeling, if you're searching that.
Our return flight was at night, the staff allowed us to storage the luggage for the day and also take a shower to refresh ourselves.
