Rustige hotel in drukke stad.
Pros:

Relatief rustig ligging in drukke stad. Op loopafstand van eten en drinken.

Cons:

Het balkon was wat krap voor 2 personen maar het was toch te warm om buiten te zitten.

Very central location, but in a small sideroad, so it's quite as well. Just a 10 minutes walk away from Bui Vien an Ben Thanh Market

Super schön ruhig und trotzdem sehr sehr zentral
Pros:

Super ruhige Lage in einer kleinen Seitengasse durch die sogar nur wenige Mopeds fahren. Vielleicht 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bui Vien oder dem Ben Thanh Markt

Fällt mir für den Preis nichts ein was besser hätte sein können

Wenn man in einem bestimmten Hotel zum ersten mal ein Zimmer bucht, weiss man nie so genau was einen erwartet. Diesmal war es eine sehr gute Wahl. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts in diesem Hotel wohl gefühlt, es war jeden Dong mehr als wert. Ob Freundlichkeit des Personals, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit des Zimmers inklusive Bad und so weiter gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Cons:

Ich habe kein Luxushotel gebucht. Ich wüsste daher nicht, was vor allem zu diesem Preis besser hätte sein können.

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and were able to give advice on local attractions.
Always smiling and happy .
The accommodation was spotlessly clean, and the location was superb

Cons:

There was very little not to like. There was some construction noise next door, but don't let that put you off, as the area was quiet at night.

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean with good facilities. Great for the price.

The people I spoke with most were the young woman and man on Reception and they were both delightful, very friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond what I expected.

Location was great for visiting tourist.spots - all within walking distance. The taxi can't drop you at the door, but it's just a short walk down an alley - I was a sole traveller with a large suitcase and was able to manage it on my own - (didnt have to when I was leaving because the lovely young woman on Reception did it for me - and waited with me until my taxi arrived - thank you so much).

Cons:

It was a good 3-night stay.

Ben Thanh Retreats Hotel e a falta de respeito com o Hóspede

Nada, fiquei menos de duas horas neste local Isto ocorreu porque a ducha do banheiro não estava funcionando. Chamei o funcionário da recepção que também viu que a água não saía. Chamou o gerente ou dono.Que veio vestido de forma inconveniente e com muita grosseria não aceitou a explicação do funcionário que a ducha estava com problemas. Ele próprio demorou a colocar a ducha em condições e disse que estava Tudo certo. Que "nós " que não sabíamos usar. Discordei. Pedi para mudar de quarto. Não fui atendida. Insisti. Fui obrigada a passar o cartão com o pagamento das 5 diárias. Acionei o Booking que NÃO tomou nenhuma providência. Fiquei sem condições e insegura de ficar no Ben Thanh Retreats Hotel. Reservei outro hotel pelo Booking (Good Vibes). Saí arrastando minhas malas pelo beco 21 hs até chegar a avenida e pedir um Grab. Fiquei com duas reservas ativas. Apesar de Todo o horror que passei, foi descontado no meu cartão 5 diárias sendo que nem um banho consegui tomar no BEN THANH RETREATS HOTEL

De ter sido maltratada, desrespeitada no meu direito de consumidora pelo hotel. E do Booking nada ter feito até o momento porque fui cobrada pelo Booking 5 diárias. O dono chegou a dizer que NÃO compareci no hotel. Reservei sem a opção de cancelamento porque tinha certeza que ficaria em Ho Chi Min, pq seria de lá que voltaria para o Brasil. Tinha toda a minha viagem esquematizada pelo Booking.Sou cliente a mais de 20 anos e é com muita decepção que faço este depoimento sobre o que ocorreu neste hotel e a indiferença do Booking com minha situação. Eu fiz meu Tour de 50 dias em quarto individual. Então estava sozinha e tive que me virar em uma noite de sábadoem uma cidade que havia terminado de chegar, em um país estrangeiro Porque não tive nenhum apoio do Booking. Que ainda assim nada fez para que eu pudesse reaver as 5 diárias que paguei. Queria entender que regra é essa que mesmo o hotel não tendo te oferecido o mínimo que é um chuveiro funcionando, você é obrigado a ficar lá? Onde fica Os Direitos do Consumidor?

The location was perfect, close to everything, but tucked away on a small quiet street, so it was very peaceful. The staff were extremely helpful, hospitable, and welcoming. The room was nice, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, great value for money and we would happily stay here again.

Great introduction to Vietnam
