Good for a budget stay, if you want comfort and better customer service you need to look somewhere else.
Pros:

The rooms are fairly clean, there is potential to do better, no baby chair or baby cot provided.

Cons:

The elevator are small, time is wasted waiting for elevators if you want to go anywhere. Hotel tax assistance is overpriced l was charged 40 euro for a commute l paid 30 euro on my own. Breakfast is fair but lunch is not great, limited provision for a 4 star proclaimed hotel. I would give the hotel 2 star.

Pros:

Amazing hotel with excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Definitely recommended.
Pros:

The property was excellent in terms of price-performance ratio. Its location, private beach, and overall appeal as a family accommodation with children were fantastic. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were like a welcoming family. We came as guests and left with wonderful memories.

Cons:

You can find quick solutions to any problem by talking it out.

Hotel beau mais sans plus.
Pros:

La literie était confortable et la chambre bien grande. L'hôtel est assez propre dans l'ensemble. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est assez varié.

Cons:

Le parking est gratuit mais un soi-disant voiturier vous demande de l'argent. Nous n'avons pas payé mais à chaque sortie de l'hôtel, il venait nous harceler pour bouger la voiture ou payer alors qu'à la réception, on nous a dit que c'était bon et qu'il ne fallait pas nous en faire.
Arrivée dans la chambre: pas de serviettes ni de savon dans la douche. Après réclamation (2fois) à l'accueil, nous les avons reçus au bout d'une heure.

Good vfm staff were polite and helpful, i would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was a short walk to the beach/promenade. Pool area was lovely plenty of sun-loungers, catching early morning sun through to late afternoon. Comfortable beds, good shower decent size rooms with a nice balcony.

Cons:

The gym could have been equipped better because it was a decent size room. Breakfast was ok, maybe the coffee machines need upgrading

Pros:

The location was really good! The pool was nice, and the size of the room was huge! The breakfast was fine except that they didn’t have hot drinks and the rooms didn’t have a kettle. It is okay for the price and the location and nice staff make up for it.

Cons:

The wifi was really bad in our room, the room looks better in the pictures. It was not as clean as I expected it to be.
