Hostels are cleaner than this place.
Pros:

The pool is good, the AC is very good, the lobby area is nice to chill, Julia on the front desk is lovely and helpful and will go over and beyond. The other lady who works the morning is always very helpful when I was changing rooms.

Cons:

The bed sheets had stains all over and long and short black hairs all over the sheets, hostels are cleaner than this place, I asked the maid to change but they just made the bed then I asked reception so they changed rooms but it was still the same problem, so I had to come down to the desk 3 times about this problem and the lady on the desk says the hairs come from the washing machine which is even worse because that means every room has this problem, they upgraded the room to a junior suite but still hairs all over the sheets then in this junior suite there where hairs all over the shower head which I couldn’t understand how they got up there
WiFi keeps dropping in and out in lobby is great but in the rooms is terrible.

Просторный номер. Неплохой бассейн. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. Уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Отвратительные завтраки - одно и то же, и невкусно. Найти бокалы, столовые приборы - нужно постараться, пройтись по всем столам. Кофе отвратительный.
В номере было одно большое полотенце, попросила на рецепции у девушки еще одно маленькое - так и не получила за всю поездку.
Постельное белье в катышках, просто неприятно даже лежать.
У бассейна хорошие лежаки, есть бар, но что с лестницами в бассейне? Они еле держатся, скрипят, просто отвратительно, неужели так сложно починить?
Уборка ежедневная, но они начинают стучать в двери настолько рано - около 8 утра, а если я люблю поспать подольше? И начали это в первое же утро, хотя я заселилась только ночью. Мыло, гель для душа новые не дают (не пополняют).
У меня были окна не на сторону бассейна, а на вход в отель - соответственно, из ужасного видела я только мусорные баки. С другой стороны вроде пейзаж похуже.

Personnels à l’accueil désagréable, l’hôtel est situé dans un quartier sensible un camp de Roms de chaque côté de l’hôtel les Roms nous font payé le parking de l’hôtel en obligation l’hôtel ne dit rien.
Le petit déjeuner infecte, restaurant sale. Les chambres mal isolées la douche fonctionne à peine ne tire pas assez d’eau. Une mission pour avoir des serviettes qu’on n’as jamais eu. Il ne mérite pas du tout un 4 étoiles a fuir.

Hyggelige ansatte. God plass ved bassenget Det var kokt egg og fire sndre eggeretter

Cons:

Frokostbuffeen ble veldig ensformig i lengden. Kunne vært mere forskjellig pålegg og jeg savnet bacon til de forskjellige eggeretter.

Tot,absolut tot a fost foarte dezamăgitor!
Curatenie decat pe jos,prosoapele s au schimbat la 3 zile, lenjeria o singura data intr o saptamana!
Mancarea la mic dejun a fost aceeasi timp de o saptamana si proasta, nu a fost diversificata absolut deloc. Vesela toata ciobita,etc.
Personalul nu a fost prea amabil, de exemplu la piscina nu ne a bagat nimeni in seama.
Nu este absolut nimic de 4 stele. Mai degraba 2 ar trebui sa aiba.

Cons:

- Lage des Hotels im letzten Hinterhof neben Mülleimern und überall stinkt es
- es waren fast nie oder nur ein Parkplatz frei und man musste sich überall reinquetschen. Kein eigener Parkplatz des Hotels sondern einfach mit einem Einweiser in irgendwelche gassen
- Betten extrem unbequem und Matratzen rutschen nachts einfach teilweise vom Bett
- dusche hat geschimmelt und war nicht sauber
- ausgeschriebene private Strandfläche musste man extra dazu bezahlen = 5€ pro Tag
- Kartenzahlung an der Hotelbar nicht möglich
- Balkontüre ließ sich nicht ganz öffnen
- der Kühlschrank war kaputt

Alles zusammen erwartet man von einem vier Sterne Hotel einfach mehr und wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
