Séjour assez tranquille dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

À proximité de tout, très bel endroit, facilité de faire à pied.
Belle piscine en top roof.
Personnel agréable et attentionné.

Cons:

La distribution de nos chambres en face d’ascenseur alors que nous avons demandé le contraire.

Pros:

Personnel très souriant, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Ils nous ont fourni un portant avec des cintres pour sécher le linge : très apprécié.
Nous avons pu libérer la chambre un peu plus tard que prévu, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé. Merci encore pour cette flexibilité.
Une supérette est située au pied de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique.

Cons:

Le nombre de couverts et d'ustensiles est trop limité.
Par ailleurs, pour les appartements équipés d'un lave-linge, la mise à disposition d'un étendoir ou d'un portant pour faire sécher les vêtements serait un réel plus.

No view from balcony.

Room with a view
Pros:

I stayed here for the 3 weeks I was in Phnom Penh. The staff are wonderful and so helpful if I needed anything. Breakfast was included and ample food to choose from. The pool was great and the view stunning. The room was spacious and very clean. We had visits from the most beautiful birds (Pied Hornbill) Thank you making my stay so easy

A first class mid budget option for Phnom Penh.
Pros:

First class option near the centre of Phnom Penh. Staff were attentive, room was clean and functional and the breakfast was more than satisfactory.

Horrible place must be refurbished completely before start to tent it

I did not like this place at all

I just booked , it was like jail
Like old building and entry was horrible and my room and bed was dest and I start to coughing all the night
Morning did not go to breakfast and book another hotel and handed key about 2 pm after went back to hotel

Pros:

Zero complaints here. room was perfect size, comfy and relaxing after a poor hotel before this. Pool and restaurant were great the view was amazing. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Perfect location. Door man / security was helpful
