Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is fantastic abd the vews are spectacular.

Excellent pool and beautiful view of Phnom Penh
Pros:

Pool was excellent, and having breakfasts besides it was beautiful. You can also see the independence monument and the Mekong from the pool, which is pretty good.

Staff at the front desk were excellent, and you could walk anywhere you needed to, or grab a short Tuk Tuk.

Pros:

The apartment was very spacious and the rooftop pool was great with a fantastic view. The location is very central and there’s a good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

This was almost a lovely place to stay but few small things added up to cause frustration such as the property giving conflicting information as to whether they could provide a crib. There were only 2 pillows on the bed and I am nursing a baby so I asked for more pillows and was told there were no more available. The AC in the living-room was very old and inefficient so it’s very hot. Similarly the gym has no AC so is extremely hot. There were lots of essential items missing from the apartment such as glasses, or anything to wash dishes etc.

Their location was great 👍

Cons:

They charge for additional key when I even book for two adults.... that's not fair....and behave like they dont understand English

Pros:

They entered my room and took money from my safe. I was supposed to stay for 9 days but left after 2 days and still have not been refunded.
Don't go near this hotel especially if you are travelling alone.
The tuck tuck drivers outside are in on the scam with the hotel staff.
Don't go near this hotel.

My safe was opened when I was out.

La localisation et la grande chambre ainsi que le petit déjeuner buffet très complet 👍 la piscine sur le toit et la vue sont incroyables aussi

Cons:

La salle de bain ! C’était une petite baignoire avec un rideau de douche et il semble qu’il n’y avait pas de joint + l’espace en dessous. J’ai eu quelques toutes petites visites…

Friendly staff and a great location.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast was good. Great location. They had good tour packages too.

Cons:

The room setup was a bit awkward. The wash basin is placed right in front of the room main door entrance. There were tiny cockroaches in the wash room and the room entrance.
