V hoteli Royal Palace sa mi páčilo úplne všetko – krásne prostredie, príjemný personál, skvelé služby a celková atmosféra.“
Raňajky boli priemerné. Hotel je pekný a dobre klimatizovaný. Personál vcelku príjemný a ochotný.
Večere boli síce chutné, ale porcie pre dospelého človeka absolútne nepostačujúce. Chcelo by to pridať nejaké šaláty, syr a pod.
Hotel nemá vlastný vonkajší bazén a kúpanie v aquaparku je tragédia. Množstvo ľudí, zlá hygiena aj občerstvenie...
Boli horúčavy a z hotela sme radšej odišli o deň skôr!

Das Hotel wirkte renoviert und gut instand gehalten, die Anlagen waren modern
Intransparenz bei den Preisen sowie eine schlechte englischsprachige Website.
Es gibt keinen eigenen für alle Hotelgäste zugänglichen Spa Bereich, nur unter Buchung oder den geteilten Zugang mit der angrenzenden Therme, welche sehr überfüllt sein kann. Die Saunalandschaft erfordert eine extra Buchung für 10€/Stunde und Person und ist abgetrennt vom Spa Bereich.
Es gab bei weitem zu wenige Parkplätze draußen vor dem Hotel, auf Nachfrage wurde man angewiesen am Grundstück gegenüber am Gehsteig zu parken oder in 2. Reihe auf der Straße unter Blockade anderer Gäste. Beim Check out wurde dann für das Parken 4€/Nacht ohne expliziten Hinweis in Rechnung gestellt.
Das Personal war bemüht und weitestgehend freundlich, jedoch war die englischsprachige Verständigung schwierig.
Etwas schade war auch, dass im Zimmer keine Wasserflasche zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, was in dieser Hotelkategorie üblich ist

V hotel nemá svoj wellnes, čo o je veľká chyba.Aupark je dosť ďaleko,musí sa sa tam chodiť dlhou presklenenou chodbou.
Malaby som ešte výhradu k reštavrácii-kuchár chcel byť asi svetový ale jedlo vôbec nebolo dobré. To je pre hotel veľké mínus.
