Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption konnten gut Engkisch sprechen.
Sauber, bequem zentral.
Die Unterkunft hat meiner Meinung nach mit irreführender Werbung gearbeitet. Das Zimmer wurde mit einem ursprünglichen Preis von 600 € beworben und angeblich auf 82 € für zwei Nächte reduziert. Zusätzlich wurde es als „Suite mit Stadtblick“ angeboten.
Die tatsächliche Aussicht war jedoch enttäuschend und entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Auch das Zimmer selbst hatte für mich nichts mit einer Suite zu tun und erfüllte keineswegs die Erwartungen, die durch die Anzeige geweckt wurden.
Ich empfinde diese Darstellung als irreführend, da durch überhöhte ursprüngliche Preise und eine nicht zutreffende Zimmerbeschreibung ein falscher Eindruck vermittelt wird. Kunden sollten eine ehrliche und transparente Beschreibung der tatsächlichen Unterkunft erhalten.

Tôi thất vọng khi bỏ tiền ra thuê 1 chỗ nghỉ quá tệ như vậy, phòng giá cao, nhỏ, cũ, hôi móc, tivi để cho có, tủ lạnh thì ko lạnh. Vòi tắm nước cũng không nong, Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại lần 2.
Kinh doanh nên có tâm 1 chút, đừng có đưa hình phòng lên để cho thuê thì p sạch mới mà thực tế phòng cũ kỹ, ko thấy mặt trời lun.

Close to everything
Everything was fine with the amenities fitting well with cost and the best location. However, the air conditioner did not function well. We experienced not quite cooperative and accepted the feedbacks from the receptionist much after telling her about the unfunctioning of the air conditioner. In contrast, she tended to blame us of not reaching out to the service centre at the middle of the night if the air conditor did not work. To the customer expectation, we assumed everything should be checked before passing the room key to the customer and recieved the apology from the hotel of missing the comprehensive check before transffering the room to the customer. Yet, we recieved the blame expression of not reaching out to the hotel at the middle of the night.
