Location is great, rooms are a bit smaller than I imagined.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable, shower was very clean.

Cons:

On the second day of my stay, I didn't appreciate walking up to reception to see a young male receptionist picking his nose, fingers deep! Asked for my key card and he used the same hand to pass me my card! Disgusting!

This hotel gets the job done!
Pros:

I booked the cheapest room & really liked it for the three nights I stayed here. My bed was comfortable and I had a good A/C and felt secure in it. Also, my bathroom had a shower enclosed so the bathroom wouldn’t get soaked so I really liked that. They also have laundry service which is very helpful for long term travels like myself. One staff member was always friendly and super helpful & she was a bright spot to the hotel as well. She usually worked the afternoon shifts from 2/3 to 10/11. She was a great representative of the hotel.

Cons:

My neighbors were a little noisy so I always heard them.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, surrounded by many famous local fashion stores, Japanese, Korean, and Hong Kong restaurants, as well as shopping centers. Pros:

Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi hơn mong đợi. Giường êm, máy lạnh hoạt động tốt và có cửa sổ lớn nên phòng khá thoáng. Nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ check-in nhanh. Vị trí thuận tiện, dễ di chuyển đến trung tâm và các quán ăn xung quanh. Với mức giá này thì khá ổn áp, hiếm hoi trong thời đại khách sạn đăng ảnh một đằng phòng một nẻo như trò xổ số nhân phẩm.
