Günstig und sauber, unbequeme Betten

Gute Lage, sauber, Verdunklungsvorhänge, günstiger Preis, Check-in reibungslos

Cons:

Betten unbequem, Matratzen und Kissen müssten erneuert werden. Fenster nicht schalldicht. Ich habe schonmal in einem anderen Zimmer in diesem Hotel übernachtet, das deutlich komfortabler war.

Es war ok..
Pros:

Es war sauber und hatte eine gute Lage

Cons:

Mir wurde ein falsches Zimmer zugeteilt. Dieses Zimmer war schon belegt. Durch den SelfCheckIn ist dieses leider erst aufgefallen, als ich mit meinen Sachen im Zimmer stand und da schon andere Sachen lagen.
Leider konnte ich telefonisch niemanden vom Hotel erreichen. Ich habe dann ne Nachricht über booking geschrieben und auch ne Email, und 30 Minuten später habe ich ein Rückruf bekommen, mit der richtigen Zimmer Zuteilung.
An sich klingen 30 Minuten nicht lange, jedoch wenn man mit gepackten Sachen im Flur sitzt, kann das eine lange Zeit sein.
Außerdem hatte man das ganze Wochenende ein komisches Gefühl, was ist, wenn das mit meinem Zimmer auch passiert.

UNkomplizierter Checkin mittels pünktlich zugesandtem Code. Absolute Top-Lage ins Tentrum, Fußläufig zu Aegidientorplatz, Ubahnen, Frühstücksbäcker und Boulevard. Sogar Ventilator im Zimmer. Täglicvhe Reinigung

Die Zimmer waren nett,das Bad sauber.

Cons:

Im Bad waren zum Teil alte Tapeten,die Risse aufweisten.
Das schlimmste war jedoch der Abreisemorgen,an dem sich die zimmertür nicht mehr mit der Zimmerkarte öffnen ließ und ich alles in meinem Zimmer hatte.die Notfallnummer war nicht erreichbar,die Verzweiflung gross.nach ca. 30 min haben wir ein Klick gehört,danach ließ sich die Tür wieder öffnen.
Das war echt doof und unnötig.
