Coup de cœur pour Chiang Mai.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est très bien. Un grand merci à la personne qui prépare à la demande le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous avons changé trois fois de chambres. La première fois à cause de la climatisation qui c’est mise à perdre de l’eau en pleine nuit. La chambre de remplacement n’était pas de même qualité et donnait côté rue (très bruyant :karaoké). Le lendemain nous sommes retournés dans la première chambre. Au moment de la douche l’électricité c’est arrêté. On. Oui a demandé de ne pas utiliser l’eau chaude dans cette chambre. On nous a donné une nouvelle chambre pour pouvoir faire une douche tiède. Personnel toujours réactif mais ça fait beaucoup. Nous attendons un remboursement partiel de notre séjour.

Cons:

투숙 기간 중 밤에 에어컨 작동이 멈췄습니다. 옆방의 다른 투숙객이 계속 전원을 누른건지, 중앙 시스템이서 에어컨 전원을 반복적으로 제어한건지 모르겠지만, 잠 자는 시간에 에어컨 전원 켜고, 끄는 소리가 반복적으로 났습니다.
세탁 서비스는 따로 없습니다. 대신 숙소에서 운영하는 코인 세탁소가 있습니다. 코인세탁소 직원 아주머니가 아주 친절합니다.

A wonderful experience from check-in to check-out.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and tasted great. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore Chiang Mai while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Cons:

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and there was nothing that significantly affected my experience. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to offer a little more variety in the breakfast menu from day to day. Other than that, everything met my expectations.

Highly recommended, and I'll definitely stay here again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Icon Park Hotel. The location was excellent—close enough to the Old City to explore on foot, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. The breakfast offered a good variety, everything was fresh, and the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and always ready to help.

Cons:

There was very little not to like about the hotel. The only small suggestion would be to add a little more variety to the breakfast selection, particularly for guests staying more than one night. Overall, this was only a minor point and did not affect my very positive experience.

Pros:

There was a water leak in the shower cubicle after I showered. I told the reception. They upgraded and changed my room immediately the next day. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's very close to the evening market, exchange office, temples, supermarket, laundry, and restaurants. It's 7 minutes from the airport. I will stay at the same place when I come back.

Wonderful stay at Icon Park!
Pros:

It was so much value for money. The room has everything we need, and they even accommodated our request for room slippers and toiletries. The room is really spacious, btw. I’d definitely recommend Icon Park.

Pros:

I liked the hotel overall, especially the location. The room was very spacious, generally clean, and the staff were polite.

Cons:

What I really didn’t like was the noise from the bar downstairs. I was surprised that the room had almost no soundproofing. Even when people were just playing pool, I could clearly hear the sound of the balls hitting — that’s how poor the insulation was. Not to mention the music from outside and people partying after midnight.

A szoba mérete jó, a személyzet kedves. A reggeli finom, összességében a hotel megfelel egy 4 csillagos hotel minőségének. Szuper elhelyezkedés, nincs messze az óváros és a reptér sem. Az edzőterem kicsi, de egy rövid átmozgatáshoz tökéletes.

Cons:

Az edzőterem lehetne kicsit tisztább. A szobában jó lenne plusz 1 tükör.
