O hotel é muito confortável; quarto de tamanho adequado, áreas comuns bem decoradas e confortáveis; café da manhã muito bom. Jantamos no restaurante do hotel, que também atendeu bem. Equipe de atendimento excelente. Único senão: as luzes do banheiro são fracas.

Hotel in situato in ottima posizione, personale gentilissimo e molto efficiente.
Qualche piccola mancanza nella stanza è stata immediatamente rimediata.
Colazione molto buona e varia così come il ristorante che, seppur con prezzi tutt’altro che economici, si è rivelato dí eccellente qualità.
Il costo del parcheggio è particolarmente elevato. Si può trovare parcheggio all’esterno (a pagamento), ma bisogna fare attenzione al lavaggio stradale che viene effettuato in settimana al mattino molto presto, costringendo l’utente a dover togliere l’auto prima delle 6 del mattino.
Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione dell'Hotel, la bellezza e la qualità degli arredi, la pulizia e la cortesia di tutto lo staff, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio come a casa. I sorrisi e l'affetto del personale del ricevimento, del ristorante\colazioni e del bistrot sono stati una costante in questa vacanza.
Al check in ci è stato offerto un upgrade della camera con camera superiore, il che ci ha consentito di essere più comodi in spazi più generosi, grazie!
Quando abbiamo fatto notare una problematica sulla camera ci siamo confrontati direttamente al ricevimento trovando una soluzione congrua per tutti, hanno riconosciuto e risolto il problema celermente. Soddisfatti.
Non ci sono cose gravi da segnalare, a livello organizzativo viaggiando con un minore avremmo gradito una maggior fruibilità della sola piscina, perchè per poter essere in struttura nell'orario consentito ovvero dalle 11.00 alle 13.00 dovevamo fare colazione e restare nei paraggi rinunciando ad uscire per escursioni in zona la mattina.
Risolvibile con delle piccole passeggiate nel centro che dista pochi passi dall'Hotel :)
Senz'altro la colazione
La struttura alberghiera nel complesso è soddisfacente, ad eccezione di alcuni particolari che incidono sulla vivibilità della camera e, in modo particolare, sull’utilizzo del bagno.
Nello specifico, la finestra del bagno era priva di tende per circa metà della sua superficie. Questo comportava una certa limitazione nell’utilizzo del bagno, dovuta alla presenza di abitazioni dirimpetto e alla conseguente mancanza di privacy.
Si tratta di un dettaglio facilmente risolvibile, ma che, soprattutto in un ambiente come il bagno, incide inevitabilmente sul comfort e sulla vivibilità della camera, e che non sono stati in grado di risolvere.
Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Massif e mi sono trovata davvero bene.
Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso.
Le camere sono moderne, pulite e molto confortevoli, perfette per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in montagna.La spa è ben organizzata: la piscina è un po’ piccola, ma grazie al sistema di prenotazione degli ingressi non risulta mai affollata. L’acqua è piacevolmente calda e l’ambiente molto accogliente, ideale per un momento di relax.Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e curato. Consigliato.
Le petit déjeuner était imbattable, nous avons adoré! . La literie aussi très confortable. Bon emplacement, très très calme pas un bruit. Spa petite mais correcte, personnel très à l’écoute. Et nous avons été surclassés quelle belle surprise!
C’est dommage la spa est sur réservation de 15h à 20h et max pour une heure. Le sauna intérieur était hors service. Pas de vue depuis le spa sur les montagnes comme sur les photos. Parking 40 euros par jour. Nous avions la télé et la bouilloire qui ne marchaient pas mais le personnel a trouvé une solution.
Position and superb breakfast
We had a 7th floor room under family suites and heard children running up and down from 5.30am. Why put a couple in their 70’d under a young family?
Charging 40 euros to park a car out of season is just a rip off. There was no alternative.
No real outside area to sit. Quite claustrophobic in the summer
