Bedsheets and towels never been changed for our 10 days there . The room never been cleaned in this 10 days!

Pros:

Price is very moderate. Hotel is closed to shopping mall (Areneta Mall), restaurants, & train stations. Other transportation is accessible.

Cons:

There’re cockroaches (roaches)!!! You’ll see cockroaches EVERY night in your room flying around. Don’t know where they’re coming from but they’re there.

Also, a little noise from surrounding trains, cars, & pedestrians. The elevator makes noise on every floor especially if your room is closed to it. People talking from the hallway.

Over all: cockroaches & noise was a con.
