Bardzo komfortowy hotel w znakomitej lokalizacji do eksploracji Taipei. Blisko stacji metra, centrum handlowego i ulicy z lokalami gastronomicznymi. Hotel spełnił naszą prośbę i dostaliśmy widok na Taipei 101 w pokoju z dużym balkonem, za co bardzo dziękujemy. Pokoje bardzo komfortowe a łóżka wygodne. Śniadania bogate i smaczne. Po południu we foyer happy hours z napojami /również alkoholowymi/ i przekąskami. Super! Obsługa bardzo uprzejma dla gości hotelowych. Z pewnością będziemy bardzo miło wspominać nasz pobyt w Taipei i w Hotelu Kimpton Da An Taipei.

I really enjoyed the social aspect of the Kimpton Da An.
As a solo traveller it was nice to hang out with other guests in "The Living Room" for breakfast and happy hour.
I also liked the location and the smaller size of the hotel. It felt cosy.
I liked it all.
The unusual sliding door that either covers the toilet OR the shower (but not both at the same time) didn't bother me but might bother others.
Location near the MRT and a large shopping mall with great food choices. It was modern, clean and the staff was wonderful.

Staff went over and beyond, hotel was clean and modern, breakfast was delicious and it was in a great location. We loved our stay!

What truly touched us was how you made us feel—like we were family, not just tourists passing through. We felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely happy during our stay, and that is all thanks to you.

Very responsive and helpful staff throughout the hotel from manager to door attendants, receptionists, concierge, restaurant service persons, bar person and housekeeper. Excellent breakfast with good menu choices for both western and Asian tastes.
A little on the small side, especially the ground floor reception and happy hour area
My 2nd stay here
The good:
- nice location in Da an with Sogo, Cosmed, Family mart. Also M One cafe and Orange Shabu hotpot
- newish and stylish from 2019. Think W from marriott or Andaz from hyatt. Sheraton and Regent taipei too old in comparison
- if normal breakfast too heavy, there are complimentary pastries and coffee/tea at the lobby
The neutral:
- taiwan hotels no longer provide amenities but you can request at front desk
The not so good:
- Kimpton goes 1 step further and don’t provide water either. Though you can get from the gym
- the gym is tiny with 2 treadmills, not much else
- tv doesn’t have CNN
Great location — only about a 3-minute walk from the subway, which made getting around really convenient. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Yet another great experience at the Kimpton. Stayed here again on my trip to Taipei this is my fourth stay here and got an upgrade to the King Suite with the IHG upgrade coupon. Room is huge and beautiful, slightly interfering design choice as the room and toilet doesn’t have a door separating but overall not a huge issue. Service is friendly and warm as usual. Definitely my hotel of choice in Taipei!
The staff were so friendly and polite! If you ever run into any problems or have any questions, just ask them and they’ll be happy to help you out. Plus, the location is great—there are loads of different restaurants close to the hotel, so you’re sure to find something you like to eat.
