Great place for Sentosa
Pros:

This is a great central reservations. All good no negatives. Special thanks to Fahana who really looked after us when we arrived after a 14 hour flight. Top service. One tip - Google maps is likely to give you poor directions. Ask any staff member the best way to get to somewhere as they will be much better than Google!

Comfortable and well positioned with good facilities but lack of facilities in room
Pros:

Facilities were good, pool and gym. Rooms were clean

Cons:

No tea or coffee facilities in the room and no water in the fridge. For a hotel of this price range I was disappointed with that.

Reasonably clean.

Cons:

Not enough pool lounge capacity and chairs.
Breakfast food is almost the same every day, only difference is the curry/noodle bar.
Location is fine for Universal Studio, Aquarium but one night is probably enough on this island.

La chambre est petite
Le prix : tarif cher pour la prestation annoncée !
L hôtel est similaire à un Mercure de quartier moyen
La piscine principale aurait besoin d'être rafraichie (ferme à 20h...dommage pour la baignade du soir)
L hôtel très fréquenté est familial et donc très bruyant surtout en présence de certaines catégories de touristes

Côté usine, très impersonnel . Personnel très peu attentionné, pas un sourire. Et qd je demande une information , on me dit que tout est déjà écrit dans la brochure…

Loved the beds and rooms and the free snacks were a lovely touch. Great location close to everything. The lovely welcome
Pros:

We love the bedrooms, always clean and comfy. The self warmed and cleaned toilets are a lovely addition too. Beds are comfy and provision of free snacks/ drinks during your stay is a lovely touch. The pools look amazing and are a crowd pleaser overlooking the water. But gets very crowded so go early or at 1pm when the crowd thins to have lunch/ the sun is right above…

We spent most of our time by the pool but had to get there super early to get a pool bench so be early!
On fri- sun there’s pool activities and even a movie on at the pool… so much fun for the kids to play water sports together and make new friends so parents can relax even if just for an hour or two!
Buffet breakfast was great too!

Cons:

We’ve stayed twice now and feel the pool at the end where you can view the port is in need of much repair work. The tiles are falling down and in some cases are missing from the bottom so you can stub your toe and it is quite painful. This happened a few times while we were swimming/ playing with the kids.
Food is quite expensive at the hotel too so most people venture out.

Fun and relaxing few days
Pros:

Location is perfect, approximately 30 mins from the airport. Free monorail to, from and around the island of Sentosa, as well as a bus!
Resort World just 5 mins away by monorail.
Cable cars are a must!

Atmosphere is calm and relaxing, especially by the pool

Room very clean and comfortable, was able to see the fireworks from our room window 5115!

Thank you for having us, we will be back!

Ideal for us and our extended family which included 2 young boys.
Pros:

It was perfectly located for all that we needed to do. Very easy to get to Vivo city or the beach.
The pool area was outstanding.
