Except Ben. He was lovely. I suspect his there most valued employee with all the complaints they probably have.
Friendly staff at check in. As a returning customer who stayed here last year, it was nice to return.
Wait time for the room was longer than I'd expected after staying 4 nights in Sentosa Island at another hotel immediately prior.
Love it. Heaps of beautiful places for dinner around. Staff were very good. Pools are good. Awesome with universal studios next door

The staff were wonderful, easy access to anything you needed, walkable to many places and attractions without needing monorail. Easy check in. Staff very helpful
The pool was not sufficiently maintained, it was cloudy most days, not chemically treated properly, made it uncomfortable to be in the water.
Las vistas y las piscinas, pero el cielo tan contaminado de Singapur estropea un poco las vistas. El transporte para moverte por la isla está muy bien organizado. Le regalaron un montón de cosas de pintar y patitos a mi bebé de 22 meses, el personal fue súper amable, muy rápido tanto el check in como el check out.
Que no habían duchas ni baños en condiciones para cambiarte si tenías el vuelo a última hora del día. El baño era uno que hay en donde las piscinas, un cubículo muy estrecho y sin espejo, que para pagar lo que pagas por este hotel no entiendo como no tienen unos vestuarios en condiciones.
