Village Hotel Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

I had a wonderful stay at Village Hotel Sentosa. What impressed me most was the exceptional hospitality from the very beginning. Before I had even received my room key card, the hotel guest relations Drina surprised me with a thoughtful set of birthday gifts, which made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest.

The birthday package included several lovely souvenirs, a vintage mug which I really wanted and a birthday card, adding a personal touch that made my celebration extra special. It was an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located, making it a great base for exploring Sentosa. Combined with the warm service and memorable birthday surprise, my experience exceeded expectations.

A big thank you to Drina & Ivy for making my birthday so memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sentosa and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Location is good, close & accessible to my interest

The hotel is in a great location for accessing the main area of Sentosa. The staff were always very pleasant and incredibly polite to deal with, eager to help where possible. The Room was a connected room, with a twin in one room for the teens and a double in the other room for us. 2 bathrooms. Hubby got a lovely macaron gift for his birthday which was thoughtful, and some balloons.

We were notified before arriving that the main Adventure Pool would be closed for maintenance and this was indeed the case. This however meant that the other pool, the infinity pool, was in hot demand with no real areas to use as a base. There were also sections of this infinity pool that were being renovated and therefore out of use. The pool bar area (connected to the infinity pool) only had around 3 inches of cloudy water depth to it, meaning it looked more like a foot bath area. Again this was due to the renovations, but it mean that the bar area felt too high and there wasn't much choice of beverage or food. It would have been helpful to have included these alterations in advance too as it meant we barely used the pool.

The whole area of Sentosa is incredibly clean and well looked after, lots of signage to help you get where you're going.

Great staff, location couldn’t be better

We had a wonderful honeymoon staycation. All the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The lobby had a lovely fragrance that created a great first impression.

A special thanks to Mr. Farez, who assisted us from check-in right through to check-out. He and his team also arranged a beautiful honeymoon room decoration for us, which truly impressed both of us the moment we stepped into the room.

Loved the hospitality. Specially calling out for *Song wei*. He helped us to early check in and understood our travel. Not just this, gave us some amazing tips on timings for different activities around the island

It was a great hotel and the service was exceptional. Moses from concierge was also a pleasure to deal with and very helpful especially when we had a last minute plan and wanted to travel to legoland in Malaysia. Highly recommended.

Spotlessly clean with fantastic facilities, the pool was amazing. The location is another huge plus too and great for our little family to refresh especially after a long haul flight.
