The location was good very central to everything
Most pools were closed for maintenance. Should have been informed at booking. The staff were not very welcoming
Nice view of pool.
No iron
Was a max 15 minute walk to any attraction on Sentosa island great location for price! Had vending machines in every level that were great priced and ice machines. The pools and rooms were clean, the rooms were serviced every day. Cot was provided for our 5 month old.
Rooms are definitely on the smaller side, there is no microwave and the fridge has no freezer.
Swimming pool were in working progress without any notification through booking or even by email so we were very disappointed to pay this price specially without breakfast. Next time we will take a better hotel for less difference but better bedroom and breakfast included.

Main pool, bar pool and pod pools all out of action during stay. Lazy river, kids pool and part of infinity pool still available, but the main ones were not. We were notified of the main pool prior to check in but after booking, and was unable to book elsewhere for same time frame. The other pool closures were discovered upon check in
Staff were amazing, my daughter cut her foot and they were so helpful and looked after her and checked later to make sure she was OK.
It's a great location and easy to access everything the island has to offer.
Le Faubourg Cafe is close with amazing food.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us, one staff member in particular was amazing (Winnie). The rooms were clean, comfortable and quite big. In the evening, there was an outdoor cinema, and a short walk to some restaurants and bars.
On arrival, we were met with a 45-minute queue just to check in, something the hotel clearly anticipated, given the pre-prepared signage advising guests of the wait. It set the tone immediately.
The main pool was closed for renovations, forcing guests into the secondary pool area, which was overcrowded, poorly maintained, and frankly unhygienic. The swim-up bar stools were coated in slime, tissues were floating in the water, and multiple pool tiles were missing. Cocktails were overpriced and virtually undrinkable, while the restaurant prices felt excessive for the quality on offer.
Although the hotel is within walking distance of the MRT and beach precinct, both areas felt relentlessly crowded, leaving very little sense of relaxation or escape.

Location of the hotel is great as it is near to attractions and the beach.
Kids pool has activity during the weekend.
