Alles sauber, tolles Frühstücksangebot, sehr netter Service,
Würde wieder buchen

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage war auch nicht im Angebot, wäre im Sommer aber sehr komfortabel.

Wunderschöne Zimmer und gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Gab es aber im Hotel gar nicht. Wäre Verbesserungswürdig

Uns hat es aber trotzdem sehr gefallen!

Need to experience to stay here both ın summer & winter !
Pros:

Location is very good , all the historical attractions are in walking distance . Breakfast is exceptional ! Rooms ate cosy and clean . We ate looking forward to go in winter for skiing .

Cons:

Lift is a bit small but if no suitcase one can use the staircase easily !

Best hotel in the heart of Erzurum
Pros:

The best hotel in the heart of Erzurum. Everything was perfect. This wasn't my first stay and I stayed at a few different places in this city yet nothing compares to how amazing the service and staff was.

Cons:

Everything is clean and there is air conditioning in the room. My requests to change something about my booking was directly addressed and fixed for me. Staff is super nice.

Отличное расположение. Вокруг много кафе и магазинов. Удобная и чистая постель. Приветливый персонал

Cons:

Не работал кондиционер. Было очень жарко ночью. Только под утро стало свежее. С открытым окном хорошо выспаться перед дорогой не получилось, потому что в кафе под окнами шумят до поздна. Холодильник тоже не охлаждает в этом отеле, продукты пришлось выбросить

Staff. There's a very nice guy working at this hotel's reception. I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing his name correctly, but I think it's Ümit or Umef. He's a really nice guy.

Cosy and clean Hotel in great locatiom
Pros:

It was a small but exceptionally clean hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, and very respectful. The room was small, yet spotless and well-maintained.

The hotel breakfast was truly excellent—varied, fresh, and very delicious.

The location was central and convenient, with many of Erzurum’s beautiful attractions and landmarks just a few minutes’ walk away.

If I visit Erzurum again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel once more.
