Cosy and clean Hotel in great locatiom
Pros:

It was a small but exceptionally clean hotel. The staff were polite, friendly, and very respectful. The room was small, yet spotless and well-maintained.

The hotel breakfast was truly excellent—varied, fresh, and very delicious.

The location was central and convenient, with many of Erzurum’s beautiful attractions and landmarks just a few minutes’ walk away.

If I visit Erzurum again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel once more.

Отель в центре города, оставили для нас парковочное место, достаточно удобные кровати, завтрак есть, но на супер как тут пишут.

Cons:

Слышимость в номерах, у меня в туалете дверь лучше чем тут входная в номер, номер весь прокурен, ресторана нет, только завтрак,, покушать негде, если с дороги то проблема. Не понимаю тут восторженных отзывов. Второй раз бы не заехал. Цена качество не соответствует, 93 евро за 1 ночь на 3х, того не стоит, можно найти лучше и дешевле.

A Great Hotel
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zade in Erzurum. The night receptionist, Umut, was an absolute gentleman — very polite, professional, and welcoming. The hotel manager who talked to him by phone was also extremely helpful and did everything possible to speed up and assist with our check-in process. Their respectful and kind attitude truly made a great first impression.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One thing that genuinely impressed me was the level of trust and professionalism of the staff. Even though the minibar was not free, during check-out they simply trusted my word and did not even check the room. This says a lot about the hotel’s values, staff training, and high standards of hospitality.

The breakfast was excellent, the prices were very reasonable, and the location is perfect — right in the city center.

I highly recommend Hotel Zade to anyone visiting Erzurum. I would definitely stay here again.

Стильный интерьер в центре города.
Pros:

Отличный отель, в цетре города, есть парковка . Номер оформлен не банально , было очень уютно и тепло. Если будем ещё в Эрзуруме, то только сюда.

Cons:

Возникло недопонимпние со временем завтрака, тк уезжали рано ,то завтрак попробовать не удалось. Если администрация повесит на рецепшен расписание завтрака, будет вообще отлично.

Pros:

The room was good size, this wonderful to me as don’t like tiny boutique hotel rooms as of late. Breakfast excellent. Great location and breakfast very good.

Cons:

Perhaps a little more understanding English from front desk, but they were very nice.

Pros:

A very comfortable hotel, well located in the centre of Erzurum. Staff were super helpful, rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast supplied was extensive and delicious. Very highly recommended.
