Excellent stay, clean, comfortable
Pros:

Great location just off the highway. Great utensils to use in the kitchenette- wonderful surprise to have stainless pots/pans and not the teflon ones which are horrid and potentially cancer causing.

Cons:

Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. Organic options would be nice, but that’s why we book hotels with kitchens so we can prepare our own food and know where it comes from

The hotel was excellent. The location was very convenient. We will come back again.
Pros:

We love the pool, the room was great, breakfast was great as well, the social was excellent. House keeping was great and the breakfast and social girls were excellent and very attentive. Lots a parking spaces.

Pros:

Comodo essendo vicino alle autostrade. Posizione intelligente sia per Las Vegas che per i Parchi Nazionali.
Camera molto ampia e completa di tutti i servizi.
L’Hotel presentava anche molti servizi ben tenuti quali palestra e piscina all’aperto

Beautiful hotel but lack of mgmnt concern will keep us from coming back

Beautiful facility. Clean and large rooms. We had four adults in this room and were not cramped for space. We loved the breakfast buffet, everyone that worked here was so nice and friendly, the pool was beautiful.

Cons:

My complaint here is with the management.
Basically stay here if you don’t expect your plans to change but know that if you need any high level help with anything, you will not be able to count on the management here to help you with anything, they will not be concerned with resolving any issues for you, or even have the courtesy of responding to you when you contact them.

We booked a room for one day and then an another room for a few days later. I contacted booking.com ahead of my first visit to cancel my second stay because our plans had changed. Booking.com contacted the hotel right away. The hotel did not respond. When I arrived for my first night’s stay, I spoke with the manager about canceling my reservation. She assured me that it had been canceled and that the hotel was not charging me for the cancellation.
When I got home, booking.com had not confirmed my cancellation and the cost of our stay had not been refunded. When I contacted booking.com, they recontacted the hotel and asked them to confirm the cancellation via email. The hotel staff did not respond. I sent a message directly to the hotel and did not get a response, I forwarded that email to the main onsite manager and cc’ed the hotel with no response, and then contacted IHG corporate (who contacted the hotel on my behalf and asked them to contact me). I still have not heard back from the hotel (it’s been weeks) and have not been refunded the cost of the room (that the onsite manager assured me was not an issue).

Desayunos NO espera que sea la hora de cerrar y empiezan a recoger la comida antes de la hora de cerrar. Mi hijo casi se queda sin comer por qué empezaron a quitar la comida varios minutos antes de la hora de cerrar. No me fijé en su nombre pero es una señora mayor.
