Our most favourite place in Sri Lanka. Very kind and friendly staff, great facilities, food, room, pool, beach. All just perfect and will definitely return. Thank you.

Food was generally well above average. I didn't have many meals here du to my schedule, but the few times I did, I was more than simply pleased. given the location it is important that the selections are few and more the reason to have good food, and this spot checks that box.
Typical Sri Lankan staff with overwhelming kindness, hospitality and generosity with their always friendly and smiling kind hearts. I always evaluate a place of hospitality by how management works out any shortcomings. While there was practically none that was noteworthy, even the slightest issues were addressed fast and efficiently.

Amazing room w beautiful interior decoration. Very close to the beach - literal steps away from the water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner at the resort was very true to Sri Lankan flavours - highly recommend

Our stay at Lankavatara Ocean Retreat was absolutely wonderful. The location is breathtaking, with a beautiful private beach and stunning ocean views that create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Their genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcome.

The food was delicious, especially the fresh seafood and breakfast, and the peaceful surroundings made it easy to completely unwind. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or watching the sunset, every moment was special.

If you’re looking for a quiet luxury retreat in Sri Lanka with outstanding service and a beautiful setting, I highly recommend Lankavatara Ocean Retreat. We would definitely love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Lankavatara Ocean Retreat. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a stunning view of the ocean. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well cared for. What made our stay even more special was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Thank you to the entire team for their warm hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay by the ocean.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Wir waren leider nur 1 Nacht da es das Ende unserer Rundreise war, aber eins ist ganz sicher wir kommen wieder & dann wird es definitiv nicht nur 1 Nacht bleiben.
Wir haben einfach ein kostenloses Upgrade auf das schönste Zimmer im Hotel bekommen, es war ein absoluter Traum. Wunderschöne Anlage, super freundliches Personal, alle total lieb und herzlich. Traumstrand direkt vor der Nase und man ist komplett für sich. Das Essen war richtig gut und lecker, tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück - sowie auch auf der Mittag & Abendkarte. Wir haben bei einer Yogastunde mitgemacht, die im
Hotel für die Gäste kostenfrei statt findet, war auch richtig schön!

Ich schreibe selten Bewertungen , aber hier musste es definitiv sein. Absolute Empfehlung- vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪

Beautiful Hotel! Definetly recommend it! Very clean, modern, comfortable beds, a pool with a fantastic view to the sea. You can straight walk to the beach from your room. Perfect for a romantic walk to see a beautiful sunset! It is a very calm beach.The staff is very friendly and the food at the restaurant is very good, with lots of choices.

We loved our stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location at the bech is just amazing. We loved the food and the service is amazing. Cant wait to come back🌞
