Great place to stay for discovering Budapest
Pros:

Perfect location for exploring the city – Buda Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion are just around the corner. Public transport makes it easy to get to other parts of the city as well.

Great value for money – friendly staff, good breakfast, and lovely rooms. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, as we stayed during the summer.

Overall, a great place to stay for discovering Budapest!

L'hotel è bello e ben tenuto,la posizione è perfetta per muoversi ovunque, lo staff è gentile e sempre premuroso, hanno visto che mia moglie aveva il compleanno e le hanno inviato in camera una bottiglia di Spumante Ungherese nel secchiello del ghiaccio . Le camere sono belle e spaziose,ottima la pulizia

Frequentiamo questo Hotel da qualche anno e abbiamo riscontrato una contrazione dell'offerta gastronomica della colazione, comunque apprezzabile nel suo insieme ma un po' più scarsa rispetto al passato. Nelle varie volte nelle quali abbiamo soggiornato al Monastery,in tutte le camere c'era la macchina Nespresso per il caffè, questa volta no, pur avendo una Superior. Continuo a segnalare che sarebbe più comodo e corretto dotare gli Ospiti che ne usufruiscono, di un telecomando per l'apertura del Posteggio.

Pros:

Celý pobyt sa nám veľmi páčil a boli sme spokojní. Hotel má dobrú lokalitu, súkromné parkovisko, ochotný personál, krásne vybavenie a výborné raňajky. Oceňujeme nonstop recepciu. Zastávka električky bola hneď za rohom.

Cons:

Bohužiaľ sme dostali dosť tmavú izbu na prízemí. V záhrade je umiestnená reštaurácia a ľudia nám tak mohli vidieď do izby. Radi spíme s otvoreným oknom, ale tu sme to neurobili. Určite by to bolo fajn ak by sme boli vyššie.

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα! Ήταν το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο που έχω μείνει ως τώρα! Ησυχία, φοβερή περιοχή, πεντακάθαρο, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό, φοβερό πρωινό και η παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια ήταν προσεγμένη! Και πολύ σημαντικό, τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια ήτανε όπως πρέπει , ορθοπεδικά, για εμένα που έχω πρόβλημα με τη μέση μου! Εάν ξαναπάω στη Βουδαπέστη σίγουρα εκεί θα μείνω!

ロケーションと朝食抜群。スタッフもとても親切で居心地のよいホテルです
Pros:

新鮮な野菜、美味しいパン、チーズ、ハム、卵料理、様々なドリンク。どれを食べても非常に満足のいく朝食でした。部屋もバスルームも清潔で心地よく静かでよく眠れました。
フロントのスタッフやレストランのスタッフも親切で気持ちのよい対応に大満足できました

Cons:

部屋は十分広いてすが、スーツケースを置くための棚や座って寛げるテーブルなどは不足を感じました

Hôtel très sympa avec un personnel très accueillant et professionnel
Pros:

Son confort, son calme et sa proximité avec les sites touristiques majeurs. La dizaine de place de stationnement dans une cour proche de l’hôtel et gérée par ce dernier. Placés en EasyPark 3h maxi devant sur plage horaire 8h à 22h en dépannage en attendant qu’une place se libère dans la cour.

Cons:

Toilettes du RCH pas nettoyées et ré équipées en savon liquide et papier à 8h30 du matin

Hned na recepcii ma privitala mila recepcna, vsetko mi vysvetlila, mohol som hned odparkovat auto a dokonca sa aj skor ubytovat.

Cons:

Trosku slabia klimatizacia, ale mali oznam, ze z dovodu nadmerneho mnozstva cerpania energie musia mat taketo opatrenia. Takze cez den to bolo znesitelne a v noci bola skoro zima :)

The bed mattress was Terrible! Thats a shame it’s a very nice. Also the restaurant street food Latin America located in the hotel was really good but way too expensive! € 145 for 2 persons!

Great hotel with helpful customer service!
Pros:

Very nice, clean and stylish hotel at a great location within a walking distance to attractions. Pleasant and helpful customer service at reception, we got recommendations for things to do as well!

Cons:

We got a parking fine from the parking spots right in front of the hotel while checking in, even though we were advised to do so. The staff handled the situation well and found a solution for us so no problem in the end but be careful not to leave your car there even for a moment without seeing it!

Pros:

La struttura molto bella, arredi e spazi tenuti in ordine, camera accogliente e spaziosa. Le temperature interne sempre piacevoli.

Cons:

Colazione insoddisfacente, praticamente assenti dalla scelta i cibi dolci, non ci sono a disposizione torte o muffin o altri cibi dolci, erano presenti solo cibi salati e pochi piccoli croissant che finivano appena il personale li metteva a disposizione.
Il riassetto della camera insufficiente, non abbiamo avuto un giorno in cui gli asciugamani (vecchi e logori) fossero adeguati al numero di occupanti della stanza. Un giorno totalmente assenti non sono stati portati nemmeno dopo averlo chiesto in reception.

Sorridere ed essere gentili dovrebbe essere la prima regola di un hotel
Pros:

Albergo in ottima posizione e pulito. Colazione buona ma aggiungerei dei dolci

Cons:

Per entrare e uscire dal parcheggio occorre chiedere ogni volta alla reception di aprire. La receptionista che ci ha accolto per il cech in non ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie. Siamo stati 3 notti, ci ritornerei solo per una anche perchè trovo assurdo che vengano a pulire la camera verso le 15.
