Superbe séjour !
Pros:

Accueil très agréable et sympathique, notre chambre était déjà disponible à notre arrivée à 12h30, ce qui nous a permis de nous installer rapidement et de partir en visite de suite sur les lieux à proximité (bastion des pêcheurs, église etc....) a quelques minutes à pied de l hôtel ce qui est vraiment top.
La proximité du pont des chaînes est également un vrai plus, nous avons arpenté Buda et Pest (25mn environ pour être de l autre côté) à pieds pendant les 3 jours sur place.
L'hôtel et ses abords sont est très jolis, tout le personnel est gentil et attentionné.
Le petit déjeuner est top, large choix sucré et salé et de boissons chaudes, confitures maison délicieuses, viennoiseries, pan cake, très bon pain...et l'endroit est lumineux, agréable et confortable, un vrai plaisir !
Un mini bar est a disposition dans la chambre articles payants, mais il y a un peu de place pour éventuellement y mettre 1 bouteille d eau ou autres.
Service de bagagerie très appréciable
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, relativement proche de tout, tout en étant loin de l agitation de la ville et de la circulation. Pas de vrai double vitrage ( juste 2 fenêtres superposées) ce qui laisse passer le bruit de la route, perceptible en journée mais la nuit très peu de passage, ce qui permet de dormir sereinement.

Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel lors de notre prochaine venue à Budapest, nous sommes tombés amoureux de cette ville si merveilleuse

Cons:

La moquette de la chambre (109), fortement tachée qui mériterait un bon coup de nettoyage, cela n' est absolument pas hygiénique ni agréable.
Les rideaux occultants qui ne le sont pas vraiment, du coup réveillé très tôt par la lumière du jour si vous n'avez pas prévu un masque pour les yeux.
Le nettoyage de la salle de bain non effectué (juste changement des serviettes et produits) lits fait mais la tasse à café utilisée non changée.
Quelques déconvenues mais qui n'ont gâché en rien notre séjour étant donné la qualité des prestations

Die Leute waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Lage des Zimmers war sehr ruhig, die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar (fast direkt an der Donau unterhalb der Fischerbastei-mitten im Zentrum), wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen, ansonsten ist die Straßenbahn 2 Minuten entfernt, das Frühstück war üppig und abwechslungsreich, einfach alles super

Super Lage - bei der Reinigung ist viel Luft nach oben

Schönes Ambiente im ehemaligen Kloster.
Das SuperiorZimmer was gross. Seitlich Richtung Parkplatz und somit ruhig gelegen. Bett sehr fest. Kopfpolster sehr flach.
Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Man ist rasch an allen beliebten Orten

Leider nicht sauber. Nussal Flecken Flusen. Fön ist vorhanden jedoch klebrig anzufassen.
Ich hatte um noch eine Flasche Wasser für Tee Kaffee gebeten. Die Flasche wurde beim Zimmermachen mitgenomme. Leider keine mehr gebracht. Kaffee konnte leider nur mit gechlortem Wasser gemacht werden

Handtücher wurden am 3.Tag weil am Boden liegend mitgenommen jedoch keine frischen gebracht. Und wie die "frischen" Handtücher aussehen: vergilbt, ausgefranst, löchrig. Meine Putzlappen sehen besser aus. Das alles finde ich schade und Preis Leistung passt für mich nicht.

Akustik im Frühstücksraum sehr schlecht. Es ist so unangenehm laut. Gemütlich frühstücken ist für mich anders. Um 8 Uhr ist sehr viel los und vieles aus. Es wäre schön wenn das Personal umsichtiger und selbständiger arbeiten und auffüllen täte und nicht von den Gästen auf fehlendes Brot Butter Wurst Käse Rührei... etc hingewiesen werden muss. Brot, das dann im Kern gefroren nachgelegt wird. Stühle Bänke alles fleckig fand ich recht unappetitlich.

Hotel has great character, amazing breakfast, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was great for exploring! Breakfast was excellent with a nice bright breakfast room and tons of choices. Staff were very helpful with tips for restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Building had a lot of character.

Cons:

The carpet in our room was stained and just felt dirty.

Locație foarte bună, aproape de Dunăre și cu vedere către clădirea Parlamentului.
Camera confortabilă și spațioasă.

Cons:

Lipsa prosoapelor în cameră, am avut doar covorașul si am fost nevoiți să coboram până la recepție ca să cerem în set de prosoape de la recepție asta pentru ca nici telefonul din cameră nu funcționa.
