Personal fantastico y buena atencion
Good staff and exelent location
The carpet inn our room was very stained
Great location, friendly reception, and a pleasant breakfast. Our room, 219, had a slight odor, which we reported to the front desk. We allowed staff to enter the room, and the smell improved afterward.
Our stay at the Monastery Boutique Hotel in Budapest, in rooms 219 and 204, was uneventful until the morning of check-out. Between approximately 7:00 a.m. and 7:40 a.m., while we were having breakfast and our luggage was still in our rooms, all of the cash we had kept in our wallets went missing.
My brother, our wives, and I discovered the missing money only after we had left the hotel and were already on our way to our next destination. The total amount missing was approximately €2,700 and US$500.
It is important to note that none of our credit cards were taken; only the cash was missing.
Sehr gute Lage: Das Hotel ist sowohl mit dem Taxi als auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bequem erreichbar. Die Tramstation liegt nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Hotel angenehm ruhig. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch Extrawünsche werden gerne berücksichtigt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden hervorragenden hoteleigenen Restaurants, die zum Nachtessen südamerikanische und osteuropäische Spezialitäten anbieten. Insgesamt ein Hotel, das in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt.
Der Duschabfluss ist für den maximalen Wasserzufluss nicht ausreichend dimensioniert, sodass es beim Duschen zu einer Überflutung des Badezimmerbodens kommen kann.
Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter zur Kettenbrücke und allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man ist beim Frühstück satt geworden; nichts desto trotz schon eher ein sehr übersichtliches Frühstück für ein 4-Sterne-Haus.
Mehr Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wenn Frühstück bis 11h angeboten wird, ist es nicht ok wenn um 10.40h abgeräumt wird.

Where the Hotel is situated - quiet yet central for Buda. Underneath the castle area. Coffee shops and bars are located nearby. Room was comfortable and clean. Close to the Danube - 1 block. Great transportation nearby - tram and metro stops. Henry at reception - excellent customer service skills.
Room was on the ground floor so a little dark and in the evening when the lights were on people could see in. I had previously requested a room on a higher floor. Shower had a tendency to flood if the power was too high. Breakfast was adequate and not much difference re price of the room. Pillows !

Walking distance to Buda and Pest. Even on the ground floor facing the main street, it was quiet at night. Henry, the young man at the front desk that checked us in was very welcoming and pleasant.
Some of the night crew were as welcoming.
