Clean, friendly and great location
The breakfast was poor, but that is to be expected with a free breakfast.
Location just off city centre, but taxis are ready available and cheap enough.
Poor quality breakfast, but a fresh cooked breakfast would need more staff/facilities.expense.
Convenient location. We managed to park our car but not guaranteed. Inclusive breakfast.

The coffee machine leaked
Everything was fabulous from check in to departure
The only issue was the fact that Dogs were allowed in the Breakfast area and permits hygiene issues, trip hazard.
Its not pets at home its an eating area
Overall, the stay was okay for the price. The hotel had a modern feel and the room itself was modern and nicely presented. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, and the kitchen was well equipped which made things easier during our stay, especially with our 4 month old baby.
Unfortunately, cleanliness really let the stay down. There were fingerprints on the bathroom door, dust on the shelves, and the bathroom mirror was filthy. The carpet also looked quite grubby and there was a kitchen socket hanging out of the wall. Parking at the hotel was £15 for 24hrs but we chose to park on the street as it was free, not ideal carrying cases and baby.
With better attention to cleaning and maintenance, the stay would have been much better.

Das Frühstück war der Schwachpunkt, nur eine Mitarbeiterin, sehr bemüht aber chancenlos. An einem Tag verbrannte Croissants, Kaffeeautomat ging oft nicht, Speisen wurden zu selten aufgefüllt. Habe deshalb woanders zu Abend gegessen.
Overall stay was good, hotel was really nice. No complaints.
Did have an issue with parking. I had given my registration to staff member but had not realised I needed to personally enter my registration in a tablet at reception. Waiting to see if I have a parking ticket. Have been advised by staff to contact if that comes through.
