Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 persons per booking confirmation. For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Great location. Lovely rooms.

Cons:

Only 2 sun loungers for whole of pool area!!
We asked for earlier checkin (after having just flown for 13.5 hours) but they wouldn’t budge from 3pm. So we sat by the pool from 8am to 3pm.

Not 5 Star and Not ‘Adult Centric’!
Pros:

Great location close to monorail and beaches. Free snacks on arrival - though we were advised we really shouldn’t get these as we had booked through booking.com and not the hotel.

Cons:

Room was small and badly designed. No hanging or storage space. Advertised as ‘Adult Centric’ but full of kids running everywhere. Roof top pool had no shade and was open to the public who could book out the cabanas - not hotel guests.
Weird entry through car park that you had to walk through to get anywhere.
Stained towels and bed linen and dark hairs on the floor and bedding - not ours.
Last day room not cleaned.
No mini bar.

Cons:

No water in the rooms it is unacceptable considering the hot weather, we had to constantly buy water (water from the tap is not a viable drinking option). Staff are not friendly and do not provide guidance to visitors about how to move around, despite us asking. Also not fast in addressing clients requests. Breakfast and the restaurant itself is underwhelming for an hotel of this nature and should have more variety. The premises are great but service needs improvement

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The coffee machine didn’t work..
No directions or maps showing you how to get around in the resort.
The pool bar and pool closed far too early considering the roof bar and pool stayed open for a lot longer. Parents with children under 16 would like to be in the pool and enjoying a pool bar for later times as I’d this is holiday and with such high prices it would allow that!
More pool games and events would be good for everyday of the week as short stays may miss what you already have on offer.

quiet area in Sentosa
great view from rooftop
convenient for activities

Cons:

Main pool closed for maintenance and not mentioned in booking.com description
Second pool was half closed with some lounging areas not available
rooftop pool was opened but very little lounging areas available due to people coming to that pool

Comfortable, not what we were expecting. Disappointing.
Pros:

The village hotel pools. Although the hotel was informed of my milestone birthday prior to our stay, it was not recognised until the last day from a prompt from my husband.

Cons:

The check in process. The entrance, the hotel seems like a bit of an afterthought. Comfortable rooms and lovely staff though. Probably more suited for business customers, not couples.

Disappointing. Probably a great fit for business customers, not for couples.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. Although the check in staff were helpful, it took a long time, it seemed like such an outdated process and not enough staff, the waiting was long.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast was very low standard. The rooftop pool was not inviting nor was the bar. Thankful we could use the Village hotel pool facilities.
