Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 people per booking confirmation. For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
The Adventure Pool at Village Hotel Sentosa closes for improvement works from 20 April to 20 June 2026. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Pamukkale, Children’s Play and Lazy River Pools there, or the adults-exclusive Sky Pool on Level 7 of The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. Thank you for your understanding.”

Breakfast was ok. It promoted as adult hotel. That's not true there are children there. Only place where under 16 are not allowed during the day is rooftop bar.
Design of room. No storage space. Yo can't really unpack your suitcase. Sink is entrence hall rather than bathroom, brushing teeth and washing my hands i have to do in halfway.
No line for drying wet clothes
No loby in the hotel. Mini bar sellection not a aivailable to us as we booked through booking.com
The room was just what we needed. The view was stunning. Rooftop bar was our favourite.
We were not aware of the closed pool during our stay. There wasn’t many outlets in the room.
Super comfortable bad, beautiful pool and location
Renovation at the pool and small selection at the breakfast. Personel there not really helpful, i would say not expensive enough. Just selection of crossants and tousted bread ? Also i suggest not to put a butter just next to hot own or a lamp !

Bed was really comfortable and staff were nice. Nice rooftop restaurant and bar. The location was really good 1min walk to the monorail so if u need to get any where.
I need to wash my clothes they don’t have washing machines for public they has a service but the service was going to charge me $15 each shirt to wash , $8 each pants , $6 each pair of socks and $8 for jocks which I think is insane so 3 sets of clothes $120 for one load of washing
This hotel is amazing - it has the best views from the ocean view rooms, overlooking Palawan Beach. It's a short walk from all of the attractions Sentosa has to offer, and an even shorter walk to the Beach and Imbiah monorail stations, making it easy to get to the mainland quickly. We loved our room and the facilities, including a lovely bathroom area and shower, plus space to put your cases and unpack. The staff were incredibly friendly - especially Maureen (?) at the rooftop bar - who made you feel very welcome. Speaking of the bar, this is a great area for adults only, with brilliant cocktails and drinks at the bar and a beautiful pool. In the evening, the restaurant served great food and drinks, with spectacular views of the ocean, and you can see the fireworks display from Siloso beach, too. The beauty of this place is that you can use the family friendly pools on level 3, as well as the adult-only pool on level 7. I'd highly recommend it for young couples looking for a perfect getaway on Sentosa Island. We felt incredibly relaxed and safe here.
One of the pools was sadly closed for maintenance, and this wasn't communicated before our stay (but that's an incredibly minor inconvenience). Food and drink here is great, but it's very pricey. That being said, you do get a 2-for-1 drinks voucher to use between 6pm and 9pm, plus 10% off food and drink as a guest. Also, book through the hotel if you want the free snacks at reception - this wasn't possible for third party bookings which is a shame.
Location close to all amenities
Tv volume was low. Couldn't adjust it to go up more
