Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 persons per booking confirmation. For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.
In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.
The Pamukkale Pool at Village Hotel Sentosa closes for improvement works from 18 August to 16 November 2026. Please note that the completion date is subject to extension. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Adventure, Children’s Play and Lazy River pools at Village Hotel Sentosa, or the adults-exclusive Sky Pool on Level 7 of The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. Thank you for your understanding.

We stay 4 night in this hotel. We included breakfast in our booking. During checked in, we got told to pick 5 different snack and drink as a welcome snack. But they also serve welcome drink in a cute glass. Breakfast isn't amazing, but not too bad. The room is a bit small, we have 3 big suitcase and take lots of space. However, the room is very modern, beautiful pool view, and they have filter water ( no need to buy water) which is amazing. There are 2 swimming pools and during our stay is very quiet. The hotel offer free shuttle bus to Vivo City. very closed to monorail Imbiah station. Walking distance to sentosa beach. Universal studio is just 2 stop away. I was surprised to find out the monorail is free, because we stay in Sentosa.
Fantastic hotel, although the rooms were slightly smaller than I would have expected. The pool is beautiful and the facilities are great, but they definitely need to provide more sunbeds for guests. Having two large hotels sharing one pool and its sunbeds is quite ridiculous.
On another note, a big shout-out to IRA for taking such great care of us throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond and made us feel right at home.
One little note: the breakfast and the staff at the Altitude Coast Rooftop Bar really need to step up. The staff didn’t seem very bothered, and unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing.
Apart from that, we had a great stay and would definitely return because of the fantastic location, modern facilities, and of course, IRA!

Staff were just ok, not helpful with providing information. Hotel was expensive. Cost of drinks in bar was high.
Our host Serene is very friendly. She gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and guide us through the whole process of check in. Welcome drink was served and we’re given snacks as well. She explain everything to us in detailed in Chinese as we couldn’t speak well in English. On top of that, she guide us about what are the things that we can do in sentosa. Great recommendations from her! We’ll definitely come back again!

Belle le piscine e la posizione per visitare le attrazioni di Sentosa.
Dispiace dirlo ma non ha nulla del 5 stelle, le camere sono molto piccole, la colazione abbastanza scarna ed in una sala piccola. Pulizia scadente. Non sono stati in grado di fornirmi in stanza un mazzo di rose (come hanno fatto tutti i 5 stelle in cui sono stato e ho chiesto questo). Non ci hanno pulito la camera (nonostante l’avessimo lasciata dalle 11 di mattina alle 15.30 e mentre il bambino dormiva nel pomeriggio ci hanno chiamato due volte e hanno pure bussato, e in tutte le occasioni abbiamo specificato se potevano passare dopo le 19 che saremmo usciti per cena, ma non sono mai passati a pulirla). All’ingresso non c’è nessuno che ti aiuta con i bagagli ma devi prendere ascensore per salire alla reception. Deludente

Room temperature wasnt really able to chamge and it would get very cold with air on, so would have to turn it off and back on...
