Admission into Sentosa is complimentary for hotel guests, up to 4 persons per booking confirmation. For entry via Car or Taxi, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Admission Gantry 1 or 2 for free complimentary admission into the island. For entry via Sentosa Express monorail, please present your hotel confirmation at the Sentosa Express monorail's ticketing counter at VivoCity (Lobby L, Level 3) to exchange for QR code. Scan the QR code at the Express QR Reader for complimentary ride on the Sentosa Express monorail into the island. Ticketing counter closes at 6pm, please approach the staff at the turnstiles for assistance.

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

The Pamukkale Pool at Village Hotel Sentosa closes for improvement works from 18 August to 16 November 2026. Please note that the completion date is subject to extension. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Adventure, Children’s Play and Lazy River pools at Village Hotel Sentosa, or the adults-exclusive Sky Pool on Level 7 of The Outpost Hotel Sentosa. Thank you for your understanding.

Great room, friendly staff
Pros:

Great staff, the basket of snacks on check-in was a pleasant surprise. Walking distance to monorail and resort world were great

Cons:

Lobby entrance not visible, had to go through carpark, taxi and grab drivers seemed confused

Position, pools would be great if all operational and more seating/shade provided

Cons:

Nowhere to wait in air conditioning if arriving early or needing to wait after check out, no indoor bar area and no access to restaurant unless meal times, had 2 rooms one was serviced at 430
In the afternoon, the other not at all, limited shaded area at adult pool no access to other deep pool, room had limited room for luggage and one smelt like vomit and what looked like some mould near ceiling in an area

Room is small but will definitely be back.

The cleanliness of the room.
Also, it’s very close to Universal Studios! We loved this because we could just walk to get coffee and or food.

Overall, very happy with the hotel and room. probably would try the Village dining room next time.

La stanza andava bene (nonostante non ci fosse un armadio)

Mi aspettavo un hotel 5 stelle, come era pubblicizzato e che corrispondesse al prezzo (alto) che ho pagato, mentre potrebbe essere un hotel di 4 stelle scarse: l'ingresso in fondo ad un parcheggio coperto la dice lunga.... Muovendosi a piedi ci si perde nel parcheggio sia entrando che uscendo per raggiungere i vari posti. La sala della colazione e la colazione stessa corrispondono ad un albergo da max. 3 stelle!
