Lovely hotel and good value
Pros:

Great location to walk to the castle and gardens and 20 minute walk to the train station, breakfast Buffet was also fantastic with lots of choice.

Cons:

Rooms are small however well equipped and beds are very comfortable, I don’t see the room size as a negative

Gran hotel en una gran ubicacion
Pros:

El personal super amable y gran oferta de amenities en las instalaciones del hotel.
El cuarto muy espacioso, con un buen baño y cama cómoda.
El hotel ofrece varios servicios de comida y onsen. La ubicación muy céntrica.
Recomiendo mucho este hotel para alojarse.

Cons:

No pude abrir la ventana y el vapor del baño generaba un poco de olor a humedad en las toallas.
Igual si pedias las cambiaban diariamente.

Great place- would return
Pros:

Generous Happy hour and breakfast had many options. Bathroom was nice and bed was comfortable.
Location was great, central with short walk to market, castle and garden.
