Cons:

Die Auswahl am Buffet nachmuttags/abends war leider sehr beschränkt und die Beschriftung stimmte gar nicht. Haben Fischinnereien als Vegetarier gegessen. Geht uns nicht mehr aus dem Kopf. Alkoholauswahl zur Open Bar auch nur 2 Weine.

Nice hotel, great location, had all expected amenities, best breakfast buffet of all the hotels I stayed in during my trip.

Cons:

Check-in process was painful, the self-checking machine kept having errors, had to go back to the back of the queue and I didn't get the right room. To be clear, my complaint is about the self-checking machine, not the employees who were lovely and helpful.

Great hotel, just quite overcrowded
Pros:

Location is great, walking distance from train station and all attractions.
Spacious room.
Very clean and modern. Very comfortable stay.
Lots of freebies. We didn’t have the cakes or the broth / rice but both nights we enjoyed free wine.

Cons:

We wanted to do laundry but there are only 2 coin machines for the entire hotel and there always seemed to be a queue.
The hotel seems to serve tour parties and it’s incredibly busy.
Not enough lifts and the stairs are not accessible ie you can’t use them so it takes ages at peak times to get between floors. This felt quite claustrophobic.
Staff are very polite but not warm and welcoming.
Check in and out was by machine even though staff are present.

Overall recommended despite the one blip on arrival

Great location, staff overall friendly and helpful, evening happy hour was very nice perk

Cons:

It’s a shame you can’t get coffee during breakfast hours unless you eat breakfast there. Rest of the day coffee is available for guests but not from 0700-1030
Our main issue was that the toilet seat in our room was stained with dried urine when we checked in! We reported this to the front desk- after we cleaned it ourselves- but they seemed pretty uninterested. Pretty sure they understood as my husband speaks Japanese. Everything else was clean

とても気持ちの良いホテルでした。
Pros:

施設が新しいこともあり、きれいでよかった。
ウェルカムドリンクや夜のお茶漬けサービスなどとても良いと感じた。
朝食ビュッフェもシティホテルとしては充実していると感じました。

Cons:

市内であるので仕方ないと思うが、駐車場があるとよいと感じた。

Pros:

Lage direkt am Terminal, also perfekt für frühe Flüge. Frühstück gut.

Cons:

Die Restaurants haben am Abend sehr früh geschlossen. Keine Hotelbar.

Prisvärt boende med bra frukost
Pros:

Ligger 10 min med taxi från stationen. Bra läge. Trevligt rent och fräscht rum med fåtölj och bord. Bra fräscht badrum. Ny pyjamas varje natt.
Mycket bra frukost med mycket att välja på. Både västerländsk och japanska rätter.
Vänlig och hjälpsam personal som hjälpte oss med taxi mm.
Tillgång till tvättmaskin men vi använde den inte här. Happy hour varje kväll, där de bjöd på snacks och dryck inkl vin, öl, bubbel.
Kommer absolut att bo här om vi kommer hit igen.

Cons:

Lite omständigt att checka in och checka ut med automater men man fick hjälp av personalen.
