Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Almost makes you sad they also use a self check in and checkout system. Elaborate Japanese and western breakfast along with a lounge that provides free drinks and snacks which vary depending on the time of day. To finish it off, walking distance of the main sights.

The rooms themselves are large and easily accommodate full size luggage and provides a decent sized private bath. There’s also a communual bath (pin entry for women).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Bahnhof mit Bus, aber auch zu Fuß erreichbar.
Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war nur eine weiße Wand.

Pros:

Excellent location, very close to Omicho market and about 2 kms from Kanazawa station.
Staff service was great. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge were an added bonus.
Laundry facilities were available too.
Would definitely recommend the hotel

Cons:

There were only 2 laundry machines and it was challenging to find a slot to do your laundry.

Da antipatia dos funcionários. Desde o check in até final ao check out. Nada disponíveis, nem reforçados a fazerem-se compreender. Do pior que encontrei em 30 dias no Japão

Convenient for a stay within easy walking distance of the Kenrouk-en garden & sights.
Pros:

This was my 3rd stay at the hotel, so 12 days worth, although no upgrades were offered as a returning guest!
I chose it again for its location for the aspects of Kanasawa I have made 3 trips for since April 2024. So I’m familar with the hotel.
It offered a reasonable price with breakfast for my stay this time.
It is also a quite comfortable hotel.
Very much on the short term tourist trip stay, so actually it’s all quite impersonal, in and out, 1 or 2 nights as most people are.

Cons:

I think on my first visit, I may have had a better more spacious room, this stay my deluxe single room was ok, smallish. It had a fairly comfortable bed and dark enough to allow a good nights sleep. I’d be unlikely to rebook another stay here on my next trip however.

It’s a nice place
Pros:

The room is nice and clean. The breakfast is amazing with a wide variety of choices. The guest lounge offers a selection of treats and drinks. Overall, it’s very good value.

Cons:

We were asked to use the self check-in machine upon arrival, but it wasn’t very straightforward. It would have been easier to have staff available to assist. One of the staff members was not very friendly when we asked a question.

We had a lovely time here
Pros:

The location of the hotel is good, and the room was exactly as expected. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two people, with plenty of room to open our suitcases, plus a table and chair for work. The room had a fixed window with a nice city view, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The lounge with complimentary juice and confectionery was a bonus that we really loved. They even let us check in an hour early after we signed up for their app membership. We had a lovely time here.

Petit déjeuner vanié et copieux.

Gute Wahl für eine Zwischenübernachtung

Das Hotel liegt nicht allzu weit entfernt von Bahnhof und den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wir konnten alles zu Fuß machen (Achtung, nicht alle Busse in Kanazawa nehmen die IC-Card). Das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse nicht allzu klein und war ruhig. Es hatte außerdem ausreichend Stauraum. Obwohl wir leider keine Zeit hatten den Service in Anspruch zu nehmen, fanden wir toll, dass es den ganzen Tag über kostenlos verschiedene Snacks und Getränke gab.

Cons:

Das Personal war im Vergleich zu allen anderen Hotels während unserer dreiwöchigen Reise nicht besonders freundlich oder zuvorkommend (mit einer Ausnahme). Das Zimmer war eigentlich sauber, aber der Sessel hatte ziemlich starke Flecken und könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Fantastic 3 night stay in Kanazawa
Pros:

This was our first hotel in Japan and it was a great place to start our holiday. Very quiet rooms. Good size rooms. Ideal central location. Helpful staff. Huge selection for breakfast. Happy hour was a generous addition and made the hotel great value for money. Suggestion sheets for places to eat were really helpful - we had a very memorable meal at one of the recommended teppanyaki reataurants.

Great location. Happy hour and breakfast were great. Overall if I came back to Kanazawa I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Front desk staff left something to be desired. I asked for two things , coffee for the room and about getting a larger taxi for our group. We were not allowed coffee for the room (free wine and champagne at happy hour but can't have coffee for your room). My question about the taxi was "I'm not sure", but staff was unwilling to actually find an answer for us by calling...
Laundry was also very time consuming.
