I asked for extra key. I was asked to give P500 that ridiculous. Friendly front desk staff, my check in was so quick.
Few choices at the breakfast area. Food was fine but No wow factor. You could have put some more stuff. Hotel is obviously cutting on food expenses. This is actually my 3rd time in Red Cubao, what I like is the bed quality, bathroom was so clean. Toiletries provided was very nice but could hardly read if it’s lotion, body was or shampoo, fonts are so hard to read. I’m an international cruise officer working at the customer service btw and also trains about customer services being my company recognized and rated 4 star by Forbes International. What customer / clients keep coming back and patronizing is the friendliness of staff and their ability to resolve issues promptly. Keep it up.

The only issue was the shower didn’t drain very well so I had to keep shutting the water off so the whole room didn’t flood. But not a huge deal and I’m sure it will be fixed
I booked for my mum and dad wedding anniversary and I called them if they can make the room romantic for them and they did. Made the bed with folding love birds and put petals on it they even made anniversary greetings card for them, I absolutely love it 🥰. I really appreciate their effort.
Just maybe it would be nice if they can put small fridge in the room. it would be nice to have a cold drink specially on a hot weather days.

Absolutely not recommended. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. The towels and bed linen were dirty, the room had a musty smell, and the toilet was clogged. The room was never cleaned during our stay. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. While the location is generally okay, the hotel has more of an hourly-rental hotel atmosphere than that of a regular hotel. This property does not come close to meeting Western 3-star standards.
Location was good near to shops
The room full of insects, lobby always have seafood type smells, housekeeping staff went through my things. Always living one toilet roll which I reckon not enough, ths towels were old .
