Cons:

There were too much traffic to the elevator and only two was for the customers and working. One day I needed 15 minutes to go to the ground floor.

Nhân viên lễ tân ok.
Bữa sáng tạm được, nhưng menu lặp lại, nên ở đến ngày thứ 3 là ngán.
Phòng khá bé, đặc biệt không có cửa sổ, vì vậy tối thui. Với giá tiền hơn 1tr/đêm mà phòng bé, không có cửa sổ thì mình nghĩ không xứng đáng.

A szálloda nagyon tiszta. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, a recepción jól beszélnek angolul. A rrggeli bőséges mindenki talál magának finom falatokat.

Thang máy quá nhỏ, cũ kỷ, di chuyển rất chậm. Ăn sáng quá tệ, ít món, đồ ăn cũng không ngon. Hút mùi trong nhà vsinh ks thiết lập theo giờ nên không đảm bảo được mùi nvs.Nói chung với giá này thì dịch vụ quá tệ.

깨끝하다. 직원은 친절한 편이다. 바다서 가깝다. 부분 바다뷰이디.
초반에 와이파이가 잘안되서 요청 했더니 밤에 직원들이 공유기를 객실 앞까지 설치 해쥐서 너무 고마웠다.

Is not a 4 stars hotel but an hostel
Pros:

Worst place I have been, 4 start and they give me a room without window can not be classify a 4 stars hotel but an hostel. I complain also with booking.com as they can accept accommodation for 4 stars without a windows. I paid 175 euro in vietnam 375 euro for a day in vietnam. I suppose to stay 4 nights but after first night I check out I request to refund for 3 days I did not use booking.com refused to refund me also the hotel. Not guest oriented

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện.

Nhân viên lễ tân, nhân viên hỗ trợ hành lý, nhân viên dọn phòng đều rất thân thiện.

Cons:

Gia đình mình ở phòng 29.04 & 29.05, tầng 29. Chỉ có 1 thang máy đi lên tầng 29 được nên chờ thang hơi lâu. Buffet sáng ok nhưng quầy món nước (các món, phở bò, phở gà, nui) không ngon. Máy lạnh phòng 29.05 hơi nóng dù mình bật 19 độ, đêm đầu tiên máy lạnh còn phát ra âm thanh lạch cạch cả đêm làm mình không thể ngủ được nhưng hôm sau báo lễ tân thì có nhân viên kỹ thuật lên kiểm tra ngay.
