Cons:

The rooms are tiny, and uncomfortable. The staff are unhelpful. There are no facilities beyond your room. I can’t recommend staying here unless it’s your only option.

Pros:

This is an excellent centrally located hotel, perfectly positioned in the heart of the city.
Special mention to Christin at reception. She greeted me with a genuine smile and handled my check in and out quickly and efficiently. It is this kind of attitude and service that truly sets the hotel apart and makes guests feel welcome.

perfectly positioned for our needs with clean comfortable basic accomodation
Pros:

Location was excellent, bed was good size, welcome fruit, big shower, great value for the location.
If you just want a place to sleep, not spend time in the room, this is great.

Cons:

bed was a bit lumpy in spots and squeaky timber, a bit tight walking around the bed, lots of cracked tile and old fitting holes.

Great location but a comfortable sleep is important
Pros:

Great location close to shops malls and restaurants and just a short walk to Darling Harbour. Very clean with all the basic amenities.

Cons:

I found the beds uncomfortable with a very firm mattress and although lovely and quiet our first night, there was a rooftop bar just below our balcony that played loud dance music until 1:30am the next night.
