Perfect location, staff were great would stay again excellent for the price

Property was in perfect location, staff were so helpful and couldnt fault them or the cleaning staff … loved the room up on level 1 to sit and eat and drink …

Cons:

Room was a bit small , water wasnt hot 2 days (first and last day).. we stayed 5 days.

Great hotel with city centre location.
Pros:

Helpful staff, problems solved quickly, well equipped room, the hotel also has a lounge area with microwave and coffee. There was fruit at reception if you wanted it.

Cons:

The shower nozzle could do with a clean, the holes were blocked with calcium.......but I'm being picky.

Really uncomfortable and not very pleasant, but clean.
Pros:

The property was brilliantly located behind QVB with good access to what Sydney CBD has to offer.

Cons:

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Barely got any sleep. There’s also a loud function space outside the window which runs quite late and the windows do not have any soundproofing. I would not recommend one stays here if they value their sleep.

除了地點，其餘都不太理想。

Cons:

插頭位置都很奇怪，一個在桌邊，離床頭很有距離，床頭也只有USB，沒有插頭，對type-c用戶很不方便。後來發現在極底下有插頭，但因為隔著置物櫃，所以幾乎不能使用。
沒有吹風機，第一晚用浴室吹風機（風力很弱、也幾乎沒什麼熱風）吹了快半小時，勉強吹乾，隔天去問櫃檯，櫃檯堅持房裡還有其他吹風機，但實在是真的沒有，後來再去反應，才終於提供了吹風機，很惱人。

飯店前三天寄信來說要加收1.5%刷卡手續費（總之過了免費取消時間），或是用現金可以有折扣，建議可以提早說，因為1.5%也不少，不在頁面明確告知，而且還是在過了取消時效後才說，其實算下來，跟另一家評價更高的飯店差不多價格，那我其實不需要為了省那一點錢住評價較差的yeh。而且當時已經在墨爾本了，要換兩萬多台幣的澳幣現金，也很困擾。

然後最奇特的是，冰箱居然放在櫃子裡…
這設計是繼插頭在置物櫃下方後，最奇妙的地方之一。

網頁上說提供拖鞋，但並沒有提供。
房間沒有椅子，吹頭、化妝或吃東西都只能在床上，也很不方便。
