Pros:

Central location made it easy to access the city and surrounds. Close to Town hall station made it a simple transfer to and from the airport. Small room but comfortable and clean

Perfekte Lage bzgl. Sightseeing, An- und Abreise und Lebensmitteleinkäufe bzw. Dinge für den alltäglichen Bedarf.
Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Sauberkeit des Zimmers leider mangelhaft. Ausserdem immer Wasser auf Badboden durch leckendes Waschbecken.
Zimmer extrem klein und verschnitten. Schade. Trotzdem würde ich wieder dort buchen.

Comfy and convenient! Great value for money.
Pros:

Excellent location across from the QVB, close to a Woolies and easy walking to many of Sydney’s central tourist spots.

I particularly liked that extra conveniences like face cloths, shower caps, pen, paper etc….are available from reception including some extras like razors at additional cost. The fruit bowl in the room is a lovely touch and was enjoyed while we were there.

All staff were polite and hospitable. Can recommend as very good value for money. Thanks for a great stay!

Cons:

No much really! Sure, the rooms are a little smaller but we were happy to make do for the extra savings to be close to The Rocks and in the CBD.

Super convenient location and helpful, friendly staff.
Pros:

This hotel was in a great location for my meetings and so easy to get to from the airport. I stayed there twice in two weeks. Staff - like Alisha and Noah - were helpful and friendly.

Great option for a short holiday
Pros:

Proximity to the cbd and all the main attractions. The hotel seemed modern and it was a good price/value option.

Cons:

Internet service was too slow and occasionally it wouldn’t connect. Also it is a public WiFi so I wouldn’t recommend to use it if you need to work or use sensitive information.

Clean and comfortable with reliable and dependable staff
Pros:

The hotel is accessible to the CBD with great transport connections. The room was spacious and comfortably appointed.
The staff were friendly supportive and obliging. I will definitely be using this venue in the future

Cons:

This facility met all my requirements and exceeded my expectations. This venue was after a long haul flight and allowed me to rest and refocus for my continuing journey.
