Great room. Duplex was very spacious and cleaned well every day. Staff attentive. Always there to help. Ideal hotel for our trip. Would thoroughly recommend the Mandarin Oriental for anyone considering staying there.
Fire alarm on last night, however that is nothing the hotel can control. It was just inconvenient as we flew home the next day.
Fantastic stay from start to finish
We had a fantastic stay and genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. The hotel itself was excellent, but what really stood out was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional throughout our stay.
The valet parking was probably the best extra I could have asked for. It made coming and going so easy and convenient and was a really nice touch.
One thing that really showed the level of service was when I accidentally dropped my wallet outside the hotel one day. A member of staff found it, immediately took it to reception and, within around five minutes of me leaving the hotel, I received a call letting me know they had found it and were keeping it safe for me. I was extremely grateful and it gave me a lot of confidence in the staff and the way the hotel is managed.
Everything about our experience was fantastic and we would happily stay here again. A massive thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
The rooms were luxurious, clean and comfortable. The bed and beds by was divine and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and helpful. Also used the sauna facility which was excellent. Location fantastic. Would love to come back.

Service is a but slow
This is our second time visiting the Mandarin Oriental in Msheireb. We had an amazing time again, the staff are great and the facilities are great for city hotel. The location is close to Souk Waqif, lots of cafe’s & restaurants around the hotel and easy to get taxi to go other places.
Martin was friendly & helpful, great energy!
Yousra at reception was also great and assisted us with our stay.
