إقامة راقية
Pros:

كانت إقامة راقية ومريحة بكل المقاييس. الفندق جميل وأنيق، ومنذ لحظة الوصول استقبلوني بمنشفة باردة ومشروب ترحيبي، بالإضافة إلى حسن الضيافة والابتسامة من جميع الموظفين.

عند استلام الغرفة، لاحظت للأسف وجود رائحة غير مستحبة، لكن بمجرد إبلاغ طاقم الفندق تم تغيير الغرفة فورًا بكل احترافية وسرعة، وهو ما يعكس اهتمامهم براحة النزلاء.

موقع الفندق ممتاز، وخدمة صف السيارات سريعة ومنظمة، كما أن الأجواء هادئة ومناسبة للاسترخاء. بشكل عام كانت تجربة جميلة، وأشكر فريق العمل على تعاملهم الراقي وسرعة استجابتهم.

الفندق ملموم على بعضه و لطيف و في وسط مشيرب فكل شيء قريب لك مشي ، الغرفة حجمها ممتاز و مريحة الحمام واسع و مقسم .. دولاب الملابس صغير في حال الشنطه صارت داخله فالأفضل وضع الشنطه برا أو عدم تعليق شيء في هذا الدولاب خاصة لكن فيه بديل تعليق بدوالايب جانبية فكانت حل أمثل، الغرفة نظيفة جدا" الخدمة سريعة في بعض الأمور و في بعضها تأخذ وقت، السبا غير تابع للفندق بمعنى لما تكون نزيل فحالك حال أي شخص جاي من برا بيستخدم الخدمات الي فيه فحط ببالك أنه يا تأخذ و تحجز خدمة ما و تصير تستخدم كل مافيه من خدمات أو تدفع 100 ريال لاستخدام المسبح و الساونا و غيره الشيء الرائع أنه نسائي بشكل كامل حتى غرف المساج بداخل القسم النسائي و هذا شيء نفتقده في كل الفنادق الخمس نجوم لأن دائماً غرف المساج تحتاج لخروج في منطقة الاستقبال أو ممر يكون فيه رجال و بهذي الحالة يكون مزعج لي كسيدة محجبة أضطر للبس غطاء حتى أقدر اعدي المكان .. أسعار الخدمات مش رخيصة أبد لكن اذا فيه خصم ضمن حجزك الغرفة يكون ممتاز لأن التجربة الحقيقة كانت رائعة بس نقطة مهمه غالبا" نهاية الأسبوع يتم حجز السبا لحفلات خاصة بالتالي النزيل ما يقدر يستفيد من السبا و هذي النقطه ازعجتني جدا" لانه لم يتم تبليغي بأن المكان مغلق و لكن لا مشكلة عوضت باليوم الآخر.. بالنسبة للفطور فهو ممتاز و متنوع و الجميل أنه ما فيه إسراف كل طبق ساخن يتم طلبه بشكل خاص و الخدمة رائعة و الموظفين لطفااااء جدا" .. تلفزيون الغرفة مش سمارت و طلب الأفلام بمبلغ إضافي فهذي نقطة ما حبيته حقيقة لفندق بحجم مندرين.
