The staff of this hotel were amazing and did everything to ensure that your stay was memorable from; Salvadores 5 star service at breakfast to the kind and friendly front of desk staff. The location of the hotel also makes this an iconic and must stay hotel in Qatar.

We had such a lovely stay at Mandarin Oriental, Doha and honestly couldn’t fault it. The location is fantastic, the hotel is spotless and the staff are genuinely some of the nicest we’ve come across.
What really stood out for us was the attention to detail. They seem to notice all the little things, even things you wouldn’t necessarily think of yourself, and that makes such a difference.
We were travelling with our little one and the restaurant staff were absolutely amazing with her. As you can imagine, having a small child at breakfast can get pretty messy — yoghurt and food everywhere at times! Not once did they make us feel uncomfortable about it. They were so patient and friendly, chatting and playing with her and always making her feel welcome.
The staff clearing and cleaning the tables were also fantastic. Everything was always cleaned properly and the whole hotel was incredibly well looked after.
For us, the staff really made the stay. Everyone was warm, friendly and professional, but still very down-to-earth. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests rather than just going through the motions.
We were really impressed with the cleanliness, service, location and especially all those thoughtful little details.
Would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it, particularly to families travelling with young kids. A really beautiful hotel with genuinely lovely people.
One of the best stays we've had. What I loved most is how the hotel blends Middle Eastern culture with MO's legendary service — the facilities are top-notch and the whole experience was just a joy. Service was flawless across the board; everyone at the Front Office was so friendly. Special thanks to the Manager who personally walked us to our room, and to MAHAK from the GR team, whose thoughtful care really made us feel at home. Dinner at Liang was fantastic too — great food with that comforting, home-cooked feel, so a big thank you to Chef Fong and the team. Will absolutely be back next time we're in Doha!

I'm a long term guest staying in one of the apartments for over a year now. Since first moving in the level of service has been excellent, the all of staff do what they can to make sure I am comfortable and feel at home.
I don't usually write reviews but making an exception to highlight a recent experience that I feel goes beyond the expected service for a luxury star hotel.
The past week I have been feeling very unwell, and unable to leave the apartment. Sarra Touti, from housekeeping, noticed this and went our of her way to make sure I was looked after even offering to prepare lunch for me (I had very bad vertigo so was hard to even just stand up).
She made sure that management were aware so that someone could periodically check-up on me. Living away from family and friends can be tough, especially when ill, so it felt nice to know that someone was looking out for me!
