Only good location
Pros:

Location is very good nearby some historical place also to different public transportation stations (Tramway , bus , Metro)

Cons:

Smell in Bathrooms
Staff not friendly as I saw in reviews
Food not that good same stuff everyday also it is Salad and Eggs in many different ways with some other stuffs , Fruits only watermelon

Cleaning quality not that good
Lighting is very bad

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Deluxe Istanbul with my wife. Everything was great, from the clean and comfortable room to the excellent location, which made it easy to explore the city. A special thanks to the English-speaking lady at the reception—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist us.

Pros:

Pros:

The hotel is very good overall. Its location is excellent, close to the metro, tram, buses, and major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast is very good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

However, there are a few issues that should be improved. We were four guests but were given only one room key, despite asking several times for an extra one. This meant we always had to leave and return together. Since the room key also controlled the electricity, we had to take it with us whenever we left, so the refrigerator was turned off and could not be used properly.
The housekeeping staff also forgot to replace the toilet paper on several occasions, and we had to ask for it.
During our 10-night stay, I was robbed on the fifth day and lost all my bank cards, a large amount of cash, and my room key. When I explained what had happened and asked for a replacement key, I was charged $10. While I understand hotel policies, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and compassion in such a difficult situation.
Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay overall.

Впечатление осталось неоднозначное: персонал, расположение и завтраки порадовали, но очень грязные номера и отвратительн
Pros:

В целом отель оставил смешанные впечатления. Очень понравилось, как нас встретили: персонал на ресепшене и в столовой был вежливым, доброжелательным и всегда готов помочь. Также порадовало расположение отеля и хорошие, разнообразные завтраки.

Cons:

Из минусов — качество уборки. В номерах убирают не ежедневно, а в неудобное время, когда гости обычно отдыхают. По сути, меняли только полотенца и мыли раковину, при этом душевые кабины не очищались, влажная уборка практически не проводилась. На стенах были заметные пятна, которые можно было легко удалить, но этого так и не сделали. К сожалению, чистота номеров оставляет желать лучшего.
