Nice for a cheap hotel in a great location
Pros:

Perfect location, with a proper hotel feeling. The breakfast is absolutely fine, the rooms are spacious enough with all the amenities one would need, and for the price, it's unquestionably great.

Cons:

The staff was at points very unmannerly: one evening there was no hot water and instead of immediately fixing it, they did not understand why I could just not shower in the morning. 50% of the time there was noone at the reception.

Une expérience décevante

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été très décevante. Le personnel n’a pas été accueillant, que ce soit à la réception ou au service du petit-déjeuner. Les employés semblaient constamment agacés et manquaient clairement de bienveillance envers les clients.

Concernant l’hôtel lui-même, la réalité ne correspond pas à la description. Les chambres sont très petites, l’isolation est quasiment inexistante, ce qui permet d’entendre tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur, et une odeur particulièrement désagréable se dégage de la salle de bain.

Au-delà du confort, la qualité essentielle attendue d’un hôtel est l’accueil et le professionnalisme de son personnel, d’autant plus lorsqu’il reçoit des voyageurs venant de différents pays. En toute honnêteté, je n’ai jamais vu de ma vie un personnel de réception aussi peu aimable envers les clients, en particulier l’employé de nuit dont l’attitude était particulièrement désagréable.

Malheureusement, cette expérience ne correspond pas du tout aux standards que l’on est en droit d’attendre d’un établissement hôtelier.
