Holiday trip
Pros:

Phòng rộng, hai giường khá lớn và mỗi ngày đều được dọn phòng rất sạch sẽ.

Cons:

Phòng tắm hơi hẹp và không có trang bị móc treo nên hơi bất tiện, cửa không cố định nên cứ thường tự đóng. Cách âm hơi không tốt lắm.

Super hôtel au cœur de Bangkok ! Design minimaliste avec une vraie touche thaïlandaise et japonaise, personnel aux petits soins et emplacement parfait pour tout explorer. Le petit-déjeuner était frais et délicieux. Je recommande sans hésiter !

The place is very unique looking , has super helpful staffs and a very good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was a set menu which was very good, They had 2 choices of set menus to choose from. I chose the American set and was very good. I had a mid night check in and the staffs were very helpful.

Cons:

Overall i liked the stay, nothing to complaint.

The facilities were and we had a nice stay, shame is was tainted with the poor service of the reception staff.

The property was decent and had everything you need.

Cons:

We broke a small little clear toothbrush glass (like a cheap little juice glass) and they tried to charge us 200 baht, which I’m sure the glass isn’t even worth! They tried to get us to pay it to them straight away but I said we would pay when we checked out. When we checked out the receptionist was pushing for me to pay him in cash, I refused as it seamed like a scam. I then had to pay it card where he then tried to tell me it didn’t go through with no proof of it declining or a declined receipt. I refused to tap my card again of course. The whole situation was very odd, I have never experienced being charged like this for such a small break and then for them to be so pushy for me to pay by cash just seemed very dodgy.

Pros:

這間旅館有設計感，也有自己專屬的香氛\結合泰式與日式風格，性價比非常高，員工英文很好，服務態度專業友善，非常熱於幫助。

Cons:

窗外面對的是街景與對面的大樓，所以我大部分時間窗簾是關上的，不過這不影響我對這家旅館的評價，在曼谷要有美好的視野只有在超高樓層還是面對昭披耶河，那必須要付出至少三倍以上的價錢。

Pros:

The hotel is designed in a very cool way and has a beautiful Asian-inspired style that gives it a unique atmosphere. You can really see the potential of the place, and with a few improvements they could make even more out of it. The staff was friendly and always polite during our stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a big issue. Our first room had an air conditioning system that only worked while we were inside the room, so it became extremely hot and uncomfortable whenever we came back, which forced us to change rooms. The second room was not clean either, the blanket had a stain, the bathroom was dirty, there were marks and stains on the walls, and I even found a hair in my bed. The floor clearly had not been properly cleaned or wiped. You could immediately tell that housekeeping was not done thoroughly. There is also no air conditioning in the hallways, which makes the entire hotel feel very hot. It’s honestly a shame, because the hotel itself is actually very cool and has a lot of potential.

Cons:

The room is very small (I bumped into things several times).
It’s not possible to see through the window, as it is covered with a frosted plastic film.

The soundproofing is very poor, you can hear people in the hallway, typing their door codes, opening and closing doors, etc.

You are required to wear slippers inside the hotel.

The electricity in the room turns off when you are not there, so you can imagine how hot and stuffy it gets when you come back after being out all day, especially given how small the room is and the lack of any outside view.

There is no chair to sit on, only a mattress on the floor.

Only the entrance looks nice; no effort has been made with the room itself.

Basic amenities like cotton swabs are not provided in the room and must be collected from reception.
