Dat je je schoenen uit moet doen bij binnenkomst in het hotel. Dat is leuk voor Gen Z hipsters, maar ongemakkelijk en onpraktisch. Nu worden je sokken vies en het loopt niet prettig.
De kamer mist een tafel om je tas op te zetten.

Pros:

- Really nice interior at the lobby.
- Quiet (although also a little dodgy) area but still within distance to many things. I find this neighbourhood to be much more charming than Siam area.
- Staff were polite and helpful.
- Only two options for breakfast but they were tasty and the portions were generous as well.

Cons:

- No-shoe policy was interesting but a little inconvenient.
- Our room was very small. It was doable for one night but would be tough if we had to stay for more, as there wasn’t much space for skincare/makeup products, no chair or proper table, or much floor space for luggages.
- They provided shampoo, conditioner and body gel but will be great if there’s also a ledge to put our own stuff like facial wash/shavers etc.

I would like to highlight that the hotel is very clean, with a minimalist industrial style that still feels chic and pleasant.

A few improvements could make the experience even more comfortable:

• A small kettle in the room, with coffee or tea, would be a nice addition.
• Considering the level of standing the hotel aims to offer, a luggage assistance service would also be appreciated.
• The staff is excellent, but they sometimes seem very stressed by the hotel’s internal rules. Their commitment to hygiene is remarkable, perhaps even a bit excessive, which can create a slightly rigid atmosphere.


These adjustments would help make the stay even more enjoyable.

Simple and chic design with excellent value for money.
Pros:

Minimalist Thai-Japanese style, simple but efficient.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is delicious and generous.
Good value for money.

Cons:

Poor soundproofing is the main issues, especially when other occupants are talking in the corridor. Signs to remind people to keep quiet can be put on the wall of the corridors.

THE place for foreigners to stay and enjoy the comforts of home.
Pros:

I enjoyed the property staff. They were very fun, attentive and always smiling. I liked how hard working they were and seemed like a team. Many of them worked very long hours and were there all day. They ate lunch/ dinner and snacks behind the check in desk. I’m telling you this to get the point across that they value their jobs very much. They truly seemed like they were enjoying working there:)

Cons:

Even though I’m super positive I sometimes have negative things to say. In this case, however, I have nothing bad to say. I’ve been traveling outside the USA for 8 months and Beanstalk was probably my most favorite property I stayed at.
