Pros:

Absolutely fabulous hotel in Lisbon. An oasis right in the centre of the city . Beautiful pool and garden bar . The staff were exceptional . Lovely to be upgraded to a roomy suite with opening window seats .

Willy and Miguel were wonderful!!
Pros:

Great service! Really kind staff, Miguel really made sure we had the best experience and Willy, who took care of us during our lunch, was wonderful as well. They Made all the changes to our accomodate with our desire for this meal, VERY IMPRESSED 👏👏👏 even spoke french to make my friend and I comfortable!!

Palace Paradise in Lisbon
Pros:

Perfectly located - this hotel was gorgeous. We stayed in a beautiful room overlooking the quiet gardens. Our room was immaculate with every amenity needed. The atmosphere was like being in a Palace! The staff was wonderful. 10 out of 10 for us!

Classy, high end, welcoming.
Pros:

What a lovely city. Friendly, walkable (though hilly), lovely food. The One is great, a bit of an oasis, beautifully located. The room (junior suite) was very nicely done with an excellent shower. We ate once at the restaurant - credit to Raquel and Mihaele for spot on service, friendly, personal, perfectly judged, not intrusive at all. Breakfast didn’t work so well with the odd à la carte approach but the service was still very pleasant. Pool bar was our regular afternoon retreat. Highly recommended all round.

10/10 Superb hotel - highly recommend. Nicholas is a superstar!
Pros:

Amazing staff, location was fantastic, bed is the most comfortable we've had. The attention to detail was superb. We've stayed in several 5 star hotels but they knocked it out of the park. Nicholas on reception is an asset to the hotel and made our stay even more special. Will definitely be back!!

Excellent hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel is exceptional!! Every member of the staff is very professional, friendly, helpful and truly concerned for the well-being of every guest. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. They are cleaned every day and are spotless. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. You really feel like a member of their family. As one of the front-desk members said, “a happy guest makes a happy life for the staff of the hotel.”
