Just a beautiful, well appointed stay with tremendous staff and amenities. The One Palacio da Anunciada in Lisbon was well located and a short walk to all the things we wanted to see. The staff was very helpful in arranging tours as well and we really appreciated their recommendations. I hope to go back very soon!
Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Location is central, yet in a safe and quiet location. Room impeccably clean and bed super comfortable. Interesting reconstruction of a formal palace with tastefully located photos showing before remodel.. actually works of art.
The shower in our sweet made of beautiful marble, but did not drain properly. Strange configuration where tub ran alongside the shower and access to soap/shampoo was difficult. USB outlets are old and don’t provide enough power.

Whenever I need to visit Lisbon—or simply feel like spending some time there—I always stay at this hotel.
The location is perfect. All of my favourite places are within easy walking distance, which makes every stay so convenient. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the hotel has a lovely, cosy atmosphere that makes me feel at home every time.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast bread and the coffee. But then again, maybe it’s a good reminder that eating less bread is healthier anyway!
One small suggestion: this was already our ninth stay, yet each time it feels as if we’re visiting for the first time. It would be wonderful if the hotel’s system recognised returning guests, so that loyal customers could be welcomed back a little more personally instead of having to provide all the same details again. That small touch would make the experience even more special.
I always enjoy staying here and will happily come back again.
Gorgeous hotel with great service in a perfect location
הכי אהבנו את המיקום המדהים של המלון, את החדר וחדר הרחצה שהיו מרווחים מאוד וחדישים ואת הגינה של המלון - נפלאה ויופי של מקום לארוחה או לדרינק. הקומה של הבריכה נהדרת. השירות ניתן תמיד עם חיוך ועם המון רצון טוב. המלצות הקונסיירז לגבי אוכל היו מצויינות. בהחלט נחזור לשם.
במלון 5 כוכבים אני מצפה לשירות לפני ההשינה- סידור החדר ללילה, שוקולד לפני השינה, בקבוק מים עם כוס, ושיסגרו את הווילונות ולעומת זאת שיפתחו אותם בבוקר. זה לא קרה. גם בארוחת הבוקר בגינה הצוות היה מאוד שירותי אבל פעמיים שכחו מנות שהוזמנו.

Дверь в ванную комнату. Она постоянно мешала. В номере 505. Много персонала, но толку мало, сложилось ощущение, что все работающие там стажёры.

Severe lack of customer service. Every time you ask for something they take the attitude that they are doing you a favor. I made 2 reservations and I had problems with both. Dinner reservations were changed to a time that wouldnt allow for the concert we are seeing. This happened twice. What started as a romantic getaway at a 5 star hotel ended up a big hassle.

Location is excellent! Close to almost everything! The room is nice, well decorated and very comfortable bed. the concierge service was excellent and the reception staff were friendly and competent.
Breakfast here is à la carte instead of a buffet. Regrettably, the waiting staff lack professionalism. During our five-night stay, our order was never fully remembered by the servers on a single day — they would always forget one item or another. In addition, the waiting time for food was consistently long, making this breakfast option impractical for anyone in a hurry. The range of menu choices was also quite limited. As for the housekeeping staff, they left bath towels lying on the sofa untouched instead of returning them to the bathroom or replacing them with fresh ones. Overall, I found the service team lacked professionalism.

Das Abendessen im Fine Dining Restaurant war sehr durchschnittlich. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und einladend. Der Champagner wird allerdings in normalen Küchengläsern serviert. Die Vorspeisen insgesamt okay, die Hauptgänge hat keiner von uns vieren als gut empfunden. Ein Durcheinander von Aromen und Saucen. Deshalb waren wir auch nur einmal dort.
