It's a nice accomodation with a room, a shared kitchem and shared bathrooms. The staff is as welcoming as they can be. Cleaningness of common areas, beds and general environments are enough. Hospitality-wise: I felt welcomed and helped. I had to take a shower and I was goven a towel since I didn't have one; the host took me to a bank cashier by motorcycle since I needed money to buy groceries and food (although he did ask for a small contribution for the ride: 20MAD) and lastly, he did his best to communicate amd help me during my stay.
The host didn't speak english or french or any other language other than Arabic.
Unfortunately, the stay was not very comfortable. The bed was quite uncomfortable and made a lot of noise whenever I moved, which made it difficult to sleep properly.
There was also quite a lot of noise from outside, especially from people talking and children playing. On top of that, the room had a fan for cooling, but it was also very noisy, especially at night.
Overall, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep because of the uncomfortable bed and all the noise. The hotel could definitely improve the quality of the beds, the cooling system, and the soundproofing of the rooms.

L'accueil chaleureux et la grande hospitalité de Karim. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable, très confortable et bien équipé. L'emplacement à Deroua est idéal pour se rendre rapidement à l'aéroport Mohammed V. Un grand merci à l'hôte pour sa disponibilité et son amabilité !

Emplacement difficile. Mauvais accueil. Le garçon que j'ai trouvé à la réception est très peu professionnel à la limite mal poli.
L'appartement est situé à une dizaine de minutes de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique. Il est spacieux et le gérant est à l'écoute. Il répond rapidement aux demandes et, lorsque notre taxi nous a déposés un peu plus loin, il est venu nous chercher sans hésiter
le quartier est avec peu de commerces à proximité, et il est un peu éloigné. Les coussins étaient un peu durs.
Dans l'ensemble, un très bon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter
