Schöner Aufenthalt, optimal für Städtetrip, gerne auch wieder.
Pros:

Top Lage mitten in der Stadt mit Tiefgarage.
Frühstück gut, Personal sehr nett.
Zimmer gut, Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert.
Check in und out problemlos, besonders der Check out bis 12.00 Uhr sehr angenehm, man konnte morgens noch die Stadt besichtigen.

Top Lage (zentral). Kleines aber gutes Frühstück. Uns hat es hier an nichts gefehlt. Personal sehr freundlich

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Nachts war an Schlaf nur mit offenem Fenster zu denken.

Das pralle Leben hautnah
Pros:

Optimal gelegen in der Altstadt. Zimmer einfach aber zweckmässig, alles da, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.
Tiefgaragenplatz hat tiptop geklappt, auch wenn Zufahrt (Nr1: Wie komm ich vors Hotel? Nr2: Wie komm ich mit Auto, das 2m breit, durch die Einfahrt?) etwas abenteuerlich ist.

Cons:

Zimmer bei Hitze ziemlich warm, keine AC, kein Deckenventilator. Im Bad hat die Lüftung nicht funktioniert, es ist zur übelriechenden Sauna mutiert ("wird repariert") und der Minibar-Kühlschrank hat in der Wärme aufgegeben (Inhalt warm).
Ausserdem (nachvollziehbar) ziemlich laut in der Nacht insbesondere bei offenem Fenster (um nicht zu verschmachten).

Das Auto in der Tiefgarage zu parken ist ebenfalls top!

Wir hoffen, dass dieses Feedback genutzt wird, um den Service im Frühstücksbereich dringend zu verbessern.
Pros:

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr zentrale Lage, sowie das saubere Zimmer. Auch der Empfang durch eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite junge Frau beim Check-in hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim Frühstück erhebliche Mängel. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr eng und laut - hier könnten Filzgleiter unter den Stühlen etwas für Abhilfe sorgen. Besonders enttäuscht waren wir jedoch vom Service. Der zuständige junge Mann war am Morgen extrem unfreundlich, respektlos und sichtlich überfordert. Daß jedem Gast nur ein Teller zugestanden wurde, ist unkomfortabel. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns ein neuer Teller widerwillig auf den Tisch geknallt mit dem Kommentar, er „müsse alles selbst spülen“. Der neg. Höhepunkt war, dass er uns danach noch eine bereits benutzte Serviette an den Tisch brachte. Ein solches Verhalten ist unhygienisch und geschäftsschädigend.
