Pros:

Little

Cons:

Booked for dinner& breakfast, didn't happen, chef/manager had appointment early and left to make own arrangements. Previous evening we had dinner(not sure left overs from carvery) lovely puddings and drinks free in lieu. We left 093 0 or so,nowhere to leave room key. Place was empty apart from a elderly lady waiting for staff and none existing breakfast.

Great location for a stay in Brigg
Pros:

The hotel was under new management and we arrived on day one. The staff and everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean but there were some minor issues with our room but we fully understand what had happened. We believe the new management team will get to where they want to go given time.

Cons:

The check in process was a little bit challenging as the hotel had just been recently changed over, in fact it was day one, so there were some teething problems.

Pros:

Great location in town.
Friendly staff.
Really tasty evening meal, wish I had time for breakfast!

Cons:

Parking is not obvious, maybe a “what3words “ at booking would be helpful.

My stay was comfortable and the location was perfect.
Pros:

The location was perfect it was near the shops and Wetherspoons and was central in location for my needs. The room was clean and was provided with a working fan, heater and TV.

Cons:

There was no way of contacting the staff if I needed anything as a lot of the time no one was around. The room was a bit small, but I managed with it for my stay.

A very welcoming and friendly establishment with charming owners. Excellent value for money A+++++++
Pros:

Central Brigg Location, Exceptionally nice husband and wife owners (Bob & Carol), made me feel at home from the very start of my stay, I thought their old-world hospitality and friendly ways had long gone but I'm glad to say I was totally wrong, I really can't recommend the establishment enough, I will certainly be making a return visit soon.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

Cons:

Shower mat folded and left in sink was soaking wet, only 1 bath towel in a room for 2 only 1 cup and no spoon carpet needed hoovering very cramped shower not much room to get in and out of it but as we only stayed for one night we made do. No where to leave room key and no indication/ instructions as where to leave it so had to leave it in the room door

Expensive room to rest between travelling, dirty and hot but a pretty location
Pros:

The location was lovely

Cons:

Our room was dirty the bin was full from the previous guest and we found a bag of take away rubbish in the bathroom, we were unable to order a meal after hours of travelling. It was very hot and the windows don’t open allthough there was a fan it was just blowing warm stuffy air around so was a very uncomfortable stay. No staff insight in the morning for when we left.
